Does not treat employees with respect, numerous safety issues. If an FAA rep is reading this, you need to shut this facility down due to all the shady maintenance practices.

Safety and well being of employees is pathetic. They run a big con with the city of mobile to get free tax money to spend but never give out any type of raises for employees. Absolutely the worst aviation repair facility in the south east. Bad reputation in the aviation industry. American Airlines uses them to avoid paying their mechanics. Quick turnaround and half ass maintained

You better be happy with the pay you hire in at forever because there is no raises of any type ever. No chance for promotion. Days off in middle of week forced to work 6 days a week because they have such a bad reputation thru out the Aviation industry. Shady work ethics

Not sure how it it is ran nowadays. But I worked at VT Mobile Aerospace Engineering for 12 years. Loved it. Only reason I quit is because I had to move for my husband's job. Great benefits, plenty of training, over time, pay was ok, it paid my bills and then some. We received a raise every year, and they were performance raises and cost of living. And we used to get good size Bonuses every December and every 5 years, 10 years, etc that you worked there. Not sure now. But it was one of the BEST PLACES to work in Mobile. Ronnie Koh was VP and Bob Tan was the President. AFTER Bob passed away, Ronnie Koh became the President. It was AWESOME back then. Everybody wanted to work there.

They short your hours. The pay checks never amount to the hours you work. Terrible place to work. I had at least 10 checks that were short. They still owe me money to this day!

Not paying their employee overtime.
Faulty/worn out/improper tooling.
Pays below industry standard.
Works are rushed by management often compromising safety and quality.
No career advancement.
Attract contractors with good pay. But decrease it once the contract starts.
Employees are forced to work 7 hours without lunch or break.
The company changes its name once every few years for tax benefits.
Mechanic coming to work drunk.
Too many thieves, people lose stuff all the time.
Favoritism and discrimination from higher up.
