This appears to be a private company that charges you money to park your car on public (national forest) land. How can you possible have respect for a company that does this? The (tax funded) forest service should be managing this, not a private company.
Eleven Mile Canyon is a nice spot. It would be nice to see another company managing it. One of their workers tried to run me off the road because he thought I was driving to fast. I don't think I was.
A company that charges you money just to drive threw or even just park your car and walk. Don't recommend at all.
Stopped in for a little climbing, excellent route, humid, bring chalk.
