The worst place a welder could work ,they try to break down a MAN, And fear of losing your job daily, if you keep up they will add to your job to cause you to produce less, so to under achevieing, years ago it used to be a good place Not No More
I worked at VT Halter several years ago in the Project Management Office, and loved it. Everyone was professional and at the same time friendly and helpful. The work was extremely interesting (ok, fascinating for a girl from Kentucky, no ocean/no ships), the management was reasonable in the work load, clear with requests and respectful and appreciative of a job well done. Only left because of husband's work.
