I have been a patient for a very long time every one is very nice and polite to me

My grandmother died unnecessarily as result of their negligence and lack of care and support for her well being(non covid related) a month ago. Since this was the only trauma hospital in the area that was where she was sent. My aunt on my other side of the family was forced to go there and is currently in ICU and we are having the same issue.. we call and hear nothing back.. coincidence, I think not... there's a special place for people like you and I pray that something changes... I live in Houston and have never seen a hospital conduct such awful care!!!

Front Resepsoinist are rude and dont care about helping patients

We are a military COUPLE with no family around .my
Husband DOESN'T get off work until 5 pm. I m currently 20 weeks pregnant and L&D were so quick to wanting to call CSP because he couldn t get off until 5 to go into foster care because they couldn t wait until 5. Mind you my BP they are so concerned about but did nothing about it the last stay. Tried blaming my high BP for other medical conditions that I don t even have or a brain injury that happened 2-3 years ago. When my last two pregnancy had a history of preeclampsia and my daughter almost killed me!?

I Prefer UMC to any other Hospital in El Paso ... It has been totally remodeled and has all of the latest technology ... They're Neurology Department is the Best ... My Neurologist Dr Lax is one of the Best in the Country ... Very Professional and Friendly Service ... I recommend UMC for All of Your Medical Needs

That s hospital is so unorganized. I registered my parents for the vaccine, got confirmation e-mails, and got a phone call. They made my parents show up for a 745 appointment and they said oh we can t find you on the list so go back home. They were even shown the confirmation e-mails and the time UMC called but I m sorry that s not enough. Terrible service.

Very clean and organized, best doctors in the city..

I wish I could have gave this 0 stars. The staff is very slow to respond, constantly forget things, and just generally do not follow any kind of procedure/timeline. I could be shot and about to die on the front steps and I still would call an ambulance to go somewhere else.

The pharmacy is also a complete mess. The organization is non existent, the staff are SUPER slow, and they have the longest waiting time I have ever experienced.

Worst medical experience of my entire life.

Aishia, at the front desk is a 10 star example of excellent customer service. Her commitment to the position should be recognized with either a pay increase or a promotion.
