Peaceful park. People are resting, cycling, running. There is a tea house inside the park.

Such a nice park to chill, jog, bike, workout or just have fun with friends
One of the larger parks in Amsterdam. Great place to bike around, bring your dog, or just hang out with friends. I come here way too often!
The Vondelpark is a great place for a Sunday stroll. It s bustling but peaceful with walkers and cyclists side by side. There s a variety of spots to sit or enjoy refreshments.
Also a place for mushroom sporting.
Best park of Amsterdam! Please respect our parks and clean up after you!
Good sized inner city park. Relaxing and easy to navigate. Only the issue I found there was a toilet (only portable ones which is not pleasant to use).
Amazing park with lots of birds, lakes/canals and playgrounds.
Mate vondelpark has it all .. specially in summertime
It was beautiful. If you tour through this country I suggest a stroll through the park.
It should have public toilets. And I don't mean the blue boxes, those are just dirty and don't even have a sink.
A need to visit greenspace in the city! The park is huge with many twists and side roads for waking and cycling. Biked around for an hour or so at the end of the day and constantly was finding some new area that was prime for exploring.
In the center is a rose garden with 63 different variants of flowers from different countries! Very cool to walkthrough the hexagon hedges and snap pics of the florals. Tons of people running, cycling, walking their dogs, walking with friends. Personally, I think one of the best things would be to grab some food and drinks with friends and picnic out in one of the open green areas for a good chunk of an afternoon. Won't regret it!
Amazing place to walk and sit at peace after a tiring day at work :) totally loved the place and weather was much favorable :) more to explore
Lovely forest-like park in the tradition of the English Garden with good walking paths, bike paths, fountains, ponds, a few play structures, canal views, and lots of green expanses and benches for hanging out. Well used by locals and visitors alike. I rented a bicycle from my hotel and just cruised around for an hour. Delightful!
A really nice slice of nature in Amsterdam, which can feel too urban at times. You can find lakes, fountains, open areas, forests, and lots of paths and trails in the park. It's perfect to enjoy on a summer day in Amsterdam. The location is also accessible by tram, and is a nice stop if you're visiting a museum later. Don't miss it!
Want to get away from urban Amsterdam? Voldelpark transports you to rural Netherlands. This is a great place to walk, run, ride a bile or walk you dog.
The park is a thirty minute walk from Dam Square and takes you past the Museum quarter and some very fancy upmarket shops.
We visited on a Sunday and it is a good place to people watch and see the Dutch at play. Fitness seems to be the key, cycling, jogging, soccer and fitness classes all taking place in this large open area.
Must go, see and do when in Amsterdam. With many options for the active or a place to have a picnic. Joggers and skaters might want to go here to get active.
People watching and a place to chill. Worth visiting.
Beautiful park, very nice for a pick nick and walking or cycling. Perfect to take photos in the nature. I recommend having a pick nick there and play soccer or games with friends on warm day, summer or autumn.
A lovely park space in the city with plenty of benches to sit on
Do not visit in the weekends, too crowded, visited it twice, when it was empty of people (weekdays) it was the best, I spent 6 hours just sitting and walking there what a wonderful place
The largest parks in Amsterdam. Lots of open air concerts and events happen here in summers. You can find people doing picnics and barbeques. Mornings and evenings here are full of joggers and runners, who sometimes even greet you while jogging about. Has a few restaurants and water bodies within the park. It's absolutely beautiful and the pride of Amsterdam. Must visit if you want to feel the vibe of Amsterdam.
Nice, big park for walking, biking, running and lounging. Lots of young people hanging out with their friends here. Many people are having a drink or a smoke as well. It can be pretty busy in the evening. Dog-friendly!
This is the Centra Park of Amsterdam. Beautiful park for biking, running, picnics or walks. Many children friendly places and playgrounds, doggy designated areas, benches and grass areas for picnics and sunbathing. Don t be shocked if you see half naked people when the weather is nice :)
My favorite place in Amsterdam. Great to climb trees, and act like a little kid in. Also great for children.
Very well preserved piece of nature right between west and central
A terrific urban park, except it lacks any Publix washrooms. There were temporary ones in the summer.
Most visit this park, busy & quite in the same time.
Mini-central park. Fun fact that it is legal to have sex after midnight.
Like all of Amsterdam, if you can avoid being a crossbar ornament on a Dutch bike you'll enjoy the experience.
One of the most beautiful parks I ve been while travelling. Love the run course :)
Lovely place to recover from the city centre full of its energy.
I fall more inlove with this park each time i visit there. First time with my kids (:
Atmospheric central park in Amsterdam with bars and restaurants in the park and an outdoor podium for performances. On hot days the park is packed full of tourists and locals alike.
It is a park. And that's about it, not particularly impressive or well maintained.
amazing park perfect for cycling and chill out. I spent a lovely afternoon there with my daughter
When the sun is shining there really is no better place in all of Amsterdam
Open space, u can meet people anywhere in the park
Simply just sitting down and watching the ducks, geese in the water is satisfying
Rode around with the family and had a great time. Beautiful park and easy riding for young ones.
A must see spot if you are willing to take a break from walking and just enjoy the greenery and surrounding spaces.
We strolled through from top to bottom in daylight and found it to be a peaceful break away from the tourist vibe as it was attended mostly by locals enjoying their evening exercise and some chill time by the many lakes. There are plenty of benches and some toilets for which one does not have to pay 50 cents per visit, for a change!
Amazing place to visit. Big enough to find your own spot and enjoy the serenity. Full of beauty from fauna and flora.
If you are in Amsterdam you have to make time for this park.
Amazing park, lovely to sit in in the summer. Amazing for pokemon lovers, and an absolute must go to for everyone who enjoys nature in the city. Restaurants are decent enough, blue tea house for the grownups. White milk house for family's with kids.
Beautiful park that is never too packed. Be on a lookout for a Picasso statue.
Lovely park to have a relaxing walk, there is a lot of beautiful birds even in winter.
Huge park! Great place to walk, make an exercise or just spend time...
A beautiful place to sit, read and people watch. It's one of the best places I've seen in Amsterdam
Quiet and Big park to take a walk, lunch or simply keep on the grass.
This massive public park has plenty of room for people to sit out by the water or on a grassy hill. They are often hosting events in the park and it is a great place for exercise groups. It has a lively atmosphere and is enjoyable to wander through.
Went in wonderful weather, the sun was out and so were the people! It is amazingly clean, and everyone was very polite and nice. Flowers are every where, so many water features it was hard to choose which ones to photograph!
