i love their meals to go. we get the chicken tenders, potato wedges and mac & cheese quite often. very big selection of product since it is a massive grocery store for being in a small-ish town

Everything is ridiculously overpriced. Go elsewhere.

They are doing an amazing job at this grocery store during this pandemic. They have the outside and inside all mapped out with the direction you should go. They only let so many in at a time. They are cleaning non stop. They have protection for their staff

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Some of the staff (especially management!) are incredibly rude. I will never shop here again.

This is a fantastic place, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I plan to continue to shop here forever.

Great quality food/merchandise selection and very professional / friendly staff

Ask for assistance reaching something from a top shelf when I got to the Check out, cashier had to call someone 4 times. When someone should up they had no clue what product I was asking for. (PC cola) wanted me to come show him. I already had my stuff in the belt and was already frustrated at this point. I said forget it and purchased elsewhere

It's clean and well staffed. The produce is of high quality. It's what you expect from an Independent Grocer.

Socially distanced. Carts are sanitized before every use. The store has an expansive selection of produce and grocery items.

Ok place to shop. Excellent location on the lake though

Found everything I was looking for. Except we won't buy Bananas here anymore. Last 3 attempts awful.

Staff is nice. Seem down troden though. Great selection, clean, lots of nice produce displays. Large health food section. Prices are fair cheaper more often than not. Sometimes more expensive on things. I'd go back mainly for PC points.

How frustrating is it to pay top dollar for groceries and have to constantly monitor the prices being scanned so you don't get scammed? I had a small number of items and 2 of them came up with different prices than advertised - 1 showed $3.99 when it was $2, the other was $3.99 when it was $3.25. I pity the mom or dad spending hundreds of dollars busy riding herd on their kids and not noticing that their shopping bill is several dollars higher than it should be.

I am totally impressed with the managers at this store, they always take my inquiries seriously and if they don't know the answer, they find out for me. Kudos to them for offering a growing selection of organics...making my shopping easier all the time! My one wish...for them to start a GMO free section or put GMO free labels on shelves of GMO free verified products.

Great fresh produce, rarely do I not find what I'm looking for. Better when the cottagers aren't on their way to the cottage though.

Good selection of product but on a side note the public washrooms are non existant. There is only one and it is always occupied and dirty.

As part of the Loblaws chain, they stock a good variety of products. Handy in store wine or let with very persuasive charming staff.

Went to the store couple of days ago young lady greeting customers was making everyone coming into to take a cart did not need a cart was only picking up head of lettuce so I took cart went in to produce left cart to walk around to find lettuce young lady very rude come at me like I rob the place. Was not very nice meanwhile people walking around picking up feeling smelling food. Have to love it. Would love to hear from manager.

They have everything you need . Cashiers are friendly and polite.

Good butcher and bakery sections. Carries all the PC products that I love! More expensive than Wal-Mart but better quality and selection. Always been my go to grocery store for going on 15 years.

A full-service grocery store, right next door to a Wendy's and Tim Horton's. Ample parking, except at high times of summer when Port Perry traffic skyrockets, then it can be very packed.

Great produce - source local suppliers. Good variety of product. Check outs are fast.

We had a cake made at this bakery for our daughters 6th birthday, the cake was absolutely stunning!!! The staff went above and beyond. We highly recommend Independent Grocer bakery. Thank you!!

Went to grab a quick dinner from their hot food section and they didn't have anything. Was only 6:30 pm.

Best selection of fresh fruits in Port Perry. This is our B&B's go to supplier for our special breakfasts!

Just tried your store again....and again...rude staff, rotten produce on the shelves and a VERY rude security employee at the door. Congrats Vos...you've permanently lost my business, my families business.

Empty shelves, rotten produce and rude staff.

Quite often is out of products, produce can be bad on the shelves, grocery shelves are often unorganized and empty. Staff seem uninterested, and the store bakery staff seem to always be late. Went it at 715am and was told bakery staff didn't show up on time. Would rather drive to Whitby for groceries then shop here.

Only went in to grab a 2ltr of pop and the cart guy screamed at me to use a cart or I can't go in. It's policy to make me touch more things than I need to?? Common sense isn't that common here.

We are so lucky to have such a great supermarket in our small town headed by someone with a big community heart. Lots of selection. Quality foods. President choice products. Who misses Markham ?

Overall ok. Service not that good. Ran in this morning to grab my daughter a ready made salad for her lunch and they didn't have forks. Asked at food desk. Asked a manager. No one could get us a fork. Had to buy a pack of 50 so my 10 year old daughter could eat her salad.... wasn't impressed with service.

had to call customer service and i was treated rudely by the manager, she needs to take a course in customer relations. She was very insensitive to a senior citizen

The dairy coolers had 4-day expired milk on the shelves, which is gross. Staff not checking!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of products, however not 5 stars because they are frequently out of items I want to purchase.

Always clean alway helpful staff top quality meats and veggies bakery very good.

Overall, this seemed like a decent enough store with good variety and nice enough fresh offerings but prices for a lot of things were somewhat high to very high with the occasional decent priced items here and there, compared with a Walmart or RCSS. More like a really large convenience store, which I guess is why prices are up there .

Great store with friendly helpful staff. But when it comes to produce could use better inventory management. Frequently out of popular items. Ie mushrooms herbs peppers
