Horrible, when you call no answer and on top of that its very difficult to locate the office

Great staff and product! My only complaint is that it's hard to get in touch with them!

Came to office. Could hear someone inside but would not answer the door or the phone. Was told that the office closes at 1pm. At 12:30 & for 20 mins was being ignored. Bad business. Very unprofessional & inconsiderate.

Making an appointment is difficult and when you finally get one cross your fingers. I tried several times to get an appointment when i finally got one no one showed up. I request for a refund because if they are so unprofessional and I sure cant trust them with my health.

Waste of time, money and gas. I had phentermine pills through my insurance company when I was with Kaiser Permanente 3 years ago. The real deal suppresses your appetite and help you feel full. Sometimes I wouldn't eat for a day or 2 and I lost 34 lbs in 2 months. This particular facility, I feel provide fake phentermine pills. The pills and the `B12 shots didn't do anything for me. I will never go back to this wellness center. Don't waste your time going.

Beyond Satisfied! I tried Vortex Wellness about a year ago. I stuck to the directions given to me and the meal plan provide, shortly after about 10days I started seeing results. People were complimenting me so often. I recently had a baby and I'm ready to go back. Thank you Vortex!

Vortex Wellness & Aesthetics has been an amazing solution to my personal battle with my weight.
I ve struggled for years trying fad diets and everything else I could possibly try with Out ending up gaining more than I lost. I was introduced to Vortex by a friend who expressed that I should try this because nothing else worked for me and I was beyond tired of failing when it came to my weight. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at 1st but after meeting the Dr and his staff I was beyond pleased with their educating me on the program as well as their professionalism. I started the program , stuck with the healthy eating directive they gave me and have never been so happy to be as successful as I have been with Vortex Wellness I have lost over 37lbs and have been successful in keeping it off. I m HAPPY , HEALTHY and ABSOLUTELY SATISFIED with Vortex Wellness

I never got what I paid for was lied to about hcg injection and received placebo generic adipex pills only 14 days worth paid for groupon never used but was up charged only to never get what I paid for. I am in seeking others who have this problem with this company for a class action law suite. I have also contacted WSB who is interested in doing an investigation. Do not use this company.

Decent product but horrible business hours-I seriously always have to wait for a call back and the office is open like 3 days also for the diet pills - I don t understand why the doctor can t write a prescription because they are less than $20 a month but you pay 4 times that amount in office.
