his drop money i not make insurance with this because say me insurance is 69 pper month and i tell i dont want ..and take me from my account money

The worst customer service ever. The lied to me, and when I wanted to cancel the contract they said I MUST stay with them for a whole year. Steer away from this company!

Has been running from February 28, first rejected when an expert came and then they do not hear from them. They can arrange collection quickly.

This is also a standard answer, if you call you you will be referred to the intermediary in this case #poliscounter. And this one has no answer because we have to wait for you. Apparently the complaints are so many that you have a standard answer. the people at @poliscounter should also be discouraged, but they are completely dependent on Guardian and Guardian. You have a counter-expertise carried out and you immediately receive a letter that it is not binding! So what is the use of a counter expertise? Someone from behind his desk approves fire damage, he has no knowledge at all and relies on an invoice that also mentions fire damage !!!!! The expert does indicate that it is fire damage and Voogd en Voogd does not hear from them. You only get a response from the intermediary in this case Poliscounter, those people do the best and are allowed to convey the bad or in this case no news.
I also asked Poliscounter if Voogd en Voogd is affiliated with an umbrella organization where you can complain. Unfortunately this gentleman did not know and asked for even more patience. Given the many reviews, you also have to have a lot of patience with the organization, but you don't change a corporate culture just like that.

Just an update April 15, 2021, Guardian has realized they were wrong and couldn't get around admitting it is insurance work. They paid and sent an email containing my complaints. Their request to email it again. Toedelodoki, now I understand the Klaverblad advertisement very well, they are there for the people. Guardian, thinks they are the cheapest and just rake in the money.
I canceled my insurance for a boat and took it out with a professional company, resulting in cheaper and more extensive coverage.
I can't blame the Poliscounter, they are Voogd's puppets. If one calls Voogd himself, you will be bullied and that you have to be with the intermediary.

My parents have recently moved to a smaller house.

I gave their new address by phone but now they are getting all kinds of bills for their insurance.
Contents have remained the same and it is a rental flat.
They just want to continue the insurance they had before. Not suddenly more expensive.
Strange practices seems. On Tuesday I will help them to call the contact person and this Guardian and Guardian about this.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident last July 2015. I was rear ended by another driver, the crash expert came out and did his assessment.

The other driver on her accident form claimed I clipped them (turned in front of them at the last minute), with damages to their right corner and my left corner. The crash experiment indeed confirmed she hit me directly behind while traveling 30 km over the speed limit. My version of the events was that they rear ended me directly...hmmmm....they said because I changed lanes that I am solely at fault.

Voogd and Voogd paid the other driver 75% (without even consulting me) closed the file month's ago and never told us anything. Because I have the basic coverage, they were not responsible for paying me anything. They did an excellent job negotiating my compensation of 0%....

They claim "pricewise" was supposed to inform us. If your looking for an insurance company that will stand behind you, move on. We are absolutely baffled by this company's negotiations procedures.. We will be cancelling tonight.

After declaring my stolen scooter and receiving a confirmation of compensation, the scooter was found by the police. Total loss of course!
Now this insurance bandits retracted their initial compensation and are no longer willing to pay.
Damn shame on them.
First to claim your monthly fee but when it comes to a genuine claim, the do nothing at all.
So be warned, don t get insured here.
They have nothing to offer, only take!!!!

I love this company, never had any problems with it! Very friendly staff too.
