My recent stay at a Margaritaville Caribbean Group resort was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and it took multiple requests to have it cleaned. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and were not helpful. The overall experience left much to be desired.

Horrible. Food had metal in it. Dirty pool. Charged to eat, go to beach, and use chairs. Also charged for 6 people to add the gratuity . I had a family of 4 not 6. Could not give me a price list for anything. They seemed to be running as an and holding the money for chair rentals for themselves.
