Plumb Tech has been our go to plumber for the past 4 years and has always taken care of all of our plumbing needs in a timely and professional manor

I called the company today to complain about one of their drivers speeding, following vehicles too closely, and also that the vehicle had a brake light out. Had to call 3 times to get somebody to answer. Once, I was hung up on when trying to reach the operator and when I did get through, the gentleman who took my call was not professional during our conversation. After I informed him that I almost rear-ended the driver when they slammed on their brakes, he responded "sounded like you were following him too closely as well". Very rude! I would never give my hard-earned money to a company that doesn't understand what customer service is. Completely unacceptable. If I could, I would rate this company ZERO stars.

PTS has been taking care of all of our plumbing needs for quite some time. Anything from back-flow devices at my business, sump pump system at my house (with a nice water back-up) and backed up drains.......these guys are great! I am also amazed at how quick they can get things done for us. I feel confident to recommend these guys to anyone that has any type of plumbing needs!

I really appreciated your bobcat being hauled on 275 that was covered in dirt and rocks. Unsurprisingly, they were being flung everywhere and ended up cracking my windshield. Thanks.

Great service. Came out one time when our sump pump stopped working in the middle of a rain storm and replaced the broken one. Also used them for a shower install and some other smaller fixes. Always great service from Plumb Tech.

Would give zero stars if I could. I would love to speak to the reviewers who gave 5 star reviews and talked about quick responses. This man came to diagnose a problem over two months ago - told us it was an easy fix, told us he was busy and that he'd be back in a couple weeks. The day of our appointment he contacted us (after our appointment time) to say there was a plumbing emergency and he couldn't make it, and that'd he'd call the beginning of the next week to set a new time. That was 3 weeks ago. Hasn't responded to a single call or message. Unfortunately he was sent to us through our home warranty which is why we've been waiting on him over finding a new plumber. DO NOT HIRE THEM - not like you could get them on the phone to set an appointment anyway..

This plumber will not call you back when you leave a message. I had a water softener installed improperly and had to rebuy a part and they will not accept responsibility for the improper installation. I do not recommend this company.
