I don't feel like it's very organized. The way the aisle are laid out makes it hard to find smaller things like fruit snacks. It's a quick visit though and is usually pretty empty when I got after 8pm. Prices are good on some things. Become a rewards member to save money. It makes so much sense especially when you buy in bulk and for the family.

A bit pricey but was open on xmas, so that was a plus. Good produce section and baked goods. Long lines, so don't expect to run in and run out.

Pretty good spot except for Fish department it stanks bad..ive told them but still remains..i will take pics soon

Fantastic! I'm always trying new recipes and I can always find everything in one place Vons. Great selections, clean and neat store and all of the associates are nice and helpful.

Staff are great BUT they never have enough registers open - literally any time you go the lines are ridiculous

The service was great and u didn't have to stand in line to go into the store, the set up they had in the store was great. I think all store should come and look how they set it up.

In front of the store manager, our cashier was talking with an old friend (assuming) and she ignored 3 different customers, no even a hi or bye or thanks, nothing!!!! what the manager did?? Nothing!!

Unfortunately this fines is never fully stocked. There's always long lines. Is not very tidy. The deli counter looks pitiful. And when they have sales they never have the items. The only reason I go there because it is because I am right down the street. I go there for emergencies only

Reasonably priced, mid-sized neighborhood grocery store. Majority of staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great Experience! Well stocked and most of the stuff is fresh and available. The prices are competitive and the customer service excellent. This is the most organized, clean, and tidy grocery shop I've seen so far. It is very spacious, feel comfortable to do shopping. Have enough space for parking as well. Highly recommended!

5 stars for CASHIER DEBORAH, she was very kind and explained a few things to me about items I was purchasing in the store. This is very rare to find this type of customer service where someone actually has a conversation with you. Deborah is definitely a 5 Star employee. Grateful that I found a real HUMAN being.

expect to waste time at the register. not that many staff at the deli department. store nice and clean but not self check out register and the " fast registers" very incompetent...cashiers very chatty but not fast. waste of time big time

When it comes to being clean....you can flip a coin. Some times it's clean at this market and sometimes it's dirty. Most of the workers here are friendly and provide good service. The people who come in here are a little sketchy though.

over-priced and kinda dirty (i buy the same things every time, and ralphs is always $10-15 bucks cheaper). i hate it, but i m still here all the time. it s my corner bodega but bigger. that staff is nice too

As travelers living in an Airbnb nearby, Vons is a great place to buy breakfast.

An average supermarket. Wish it had more ethnic food and a greater produce section.

This Vons grocery store has extremely nice and helpful people working there.. It has a great meat and seafood department and as always really good prices and a wide selection when it comes to the meat and beef steaks and roasts in particular. It is a rather small Vons store with a there for somewhat more limited over all product availability compared to other bigger locations, but it is very convenient and well managed with the especially courteous employees which does make up for the smaller size of the store.

I personally like this location a lot.
Oh and I almost forgot it has a big and great liquor and/or alcohol section as well as a larger than usual middle eastern and Kosher sections.

The prices are high, but most ti.es their selection is good.

I go here often. The prices are on the high side but its conveniently located to my residence and the cashier are really nice.

I went to get a large hot Jambalaya soup and it is DELICIOUS as usual

I received exceptional service at the checkout from Leslie she accommodated my coupons even though they were Pavilions and not Vons. Everyone in the store smiled and acknowledged and greeted me as they saw me and spoke. Stories very clean well organized a good shopping experience.

Discrete location for quick ins & out. Pleasant staff always. Clean and meets all basic necessities.

After cooking a Von's steak I noticed maggots in the meat. It was the gross. I'll never purchase anything from Von's again.

Wings were dry but they let me charge my phone so it's cool

Everything is fresh, great quality. Great customer service. Prices a little high but they have good product.

Horrible store in horribly maintained. Many of the items are expired, the staff is extremely slow. They refuse to open up enough check out lines to handle crowds. Even the door opens slowly to let you out. I hate shopping here but sometimes I have to because it's so close. I resent the store's lack of pride in its business.

I placed an order online they do not communicate with you while they're shopping so from now on I'm ordering from Ralphs I feel really bad about that because I used to work for Vons

The best store to shop for groceries! The prices are very low as well. Their delivery is quick, in an hour or two, groceries are packed well. You can communicate with the person putting your groceries together if there are replacements that needed for out of stock items. Overall, I greatly do love shopping in their store because it was worth it and satisfying. I mean, my needs were all there. Thanks!

No real improvements in over 25 years. Sad!!!! This location as well as the Vons on National near the 10 Freeway. I only frequent this location out of immediate need.

Their prices are way too high. I can get the same exact items for half the price at Ralph's. They're going to lose customers once they read my review.
