Their produce is generally subpar. Lines are excruciatingly long or with incredible wait times and only a few people because a checker is slow. Sometimes they are out of basic things like chicken. Yes once they were OUT of chicken! Once their freezers were out, I grabbed some meat and a stocker removing things said nothing to me, but because she was taking things out of the freezer I asked her why. She explained the freezers had gone out for hours,then said she wouldn't trust anything in there to be safe. What?! I almost bought meat from there! Just not a good grocery store except for quick, necessity trips because it's close. I really hope it gets replaced, preferably with a Trader Joe's, but anything would be an improvement.

What a relief from Ralphs.. this hidden gem is right on Fairfax and Pico.. with Quality food that rivals Sprouts, short lines and great staff.. they pay attention to details.. and I like my food to be cared for..

A little dirty. All the workers seem like they don't want to be there.

I have lived in the neighborhood for many years and only recently I've started shopping here. I like their fish selection on Fridays and then I noticed the freshly made quacamole and then the cuts of meat and then the vegetables. Hey! Now Im a regular Friday's type of guy.

My local Vons. I hit this place up for dinner all the time. It has the staples and is laid out well. The produce is good. It is a solid grocery store.

This is a decent, midsize neighborhood Vons though it's on a pretty busy intersection of Pico and Fairfax. There's a lot of walk-in neighborhood clientele so it's pretty laid-back, I like to stop here when I'm on the way home on Pico because the parking is really great, it's a nice no Frills, no Upper Deck, no parking ticket nothing just a good place to park and get in and get out. They had a facelift done on the interior a few years ago put in a new floor and redid the deli section. So they've got a fairly decent selection on the hot menu in the deli, and the produce is kept up pretty well. The rest of the store is your basic Vons. The staff here is always in a good mood it seems like and that's always a big plus.

Very crowded and did not have enough check out lanes open. Did not have any hot food ready. And out of ice. Poor inventory

Great grocery store, love everything from spacious parking to freshest vegetables and cleanliness inside the premises.

If you have a plenty of time to kill waiting in line at the register then this is the store for you. This is my local store and I go out of my way to avoid it as it's incredibly frustrating every time.

Good Vons, friendly well stocked, parking lots a little tight, because it's a very busy community.

This my favorite supermarket even though they are a little pricey at times but their weekly sales are good and I see my money in what I buy. Quality is good and very rare when you don't find what you need.

That's where I do my weekly shopping it's close to my house everybody's nice and they have great deals

The produce is great and they have a fair amount of holiday treats available with each holiday. Im here in September and they are stocked up for Halloween.

For me, this spot is the best spot to shop particularly staple goods. One thing I like most is they have more supplies of imported merchandise contrasted with some other spot. I love additionally the reality this spot never becomes busy in light of the fact that it is so enormous and wide. The best spot to look around, you can discover anything here all under one rooftop. You're the best!

This is the only grocery shop where I am most comfortable with. It is near everything. This is where you can find everything you wanted and you needed. It is safe, secured, and enjoyable. Security is very obvious and I appreciate their presents. The selections are superb and unbelievable. Definitely I'll be back.

Vast variety of groceries, Deli meats and cheeses and other things, most of all is the helpful staff....

This Vons usually has what you need, at a reasonable price. The refrigerated beverages section could be bigger with more options, but the produce section makes up for that. Checkout lines are not that long usually, but with COVID they keep changing how you stand in line. Everyone here is very nice.

I like to shop there they have good sales and good quality food also.

Standard grocery store has everything you might expect. There's always plenty of spaces in the parking lot, and almost always a wait to see a cashier.

We were looking nearby in the neighborhood for a place to eat, so we decided on the deli, inside. I ordered 2 different salads and my associate ordered some fried chicken tenders. We both enjoyed our food There were no tables on the property at which to sit, so we are in the car, in the parking lot.

I was going to purchase real mayonnaise for they said if you buy one you get one free.And they usually cost 3.99 per jar but you pushed the price up to 5.99 and you people make enough money that you don't have to try and rip your customers off and I refuse to play your stupid games

Always long checkout lines. They need more staff during peak hours.

You can find everything you need here and it's all organized and easy to find. The staff is kind, helpful and always pays attention to a customer's needs which is very important for business matters. This grocery shop also is conveniently located. The pay line is surprisingly quick. This place is great! I highly recommend this place.

Deli is packed, but I always have a good experience there. They move fast. Cashiers are always friendly and make you feel welcomed. For the cherry on top, they carry the rockstar flavors thats hard to find. Great bakery as well

Good selection of organic food reasonably priced. If you go early in the morning you can pick some great deals on the managers specials!!

Late in the evening they sometimes have long lines best to avoid it then!

I avoid shopping here, even though it's our closest large grocery store. More than one experience with unfriendly staff has driven me to other places.

One of the main supermarket chains in Los Angeles. I would say pretty much an average supermarket, with expensive prices. (everything in Los Angeles is over-priced) I can't really think of anything good or bad that stands out or is memorable about the store.

Love this store it's the only one in the neighborhood that has everything fresh just bought a bunch of pastries for this weekend

Planning a wake and memorial for my uncle dinner and was able to pick up three bottles of Rose day for half price excellent place to find deals and good food they had a grass-fed roast for about eleven or twelve dollars but I wasn't ready quite to cook it when you get a minute to special you have to cook it right away but I always great deals and friendly managers affect the manor give me condolences and treating me like a real person fun neighborhood store and I saw a celebrity there I saw Laura London hustles bereaved wife looking like she was fresh and getting over it quite beautiful she is ....Kool

Nice personnel and good prices, but the clientele is a little rough around the edges.

Never seems like enough tellers and there isn't a self service lane.

I went to this grocery store one time and I was in a bit of a frenzy with both of my toddler daughters with me. And they were HUNGRY. So I had to go into this grocery store without knowing where anything was. But I managed to manuever through the aisles with ease pushing a stroller, hold a hand and a hand basket. There was an employee that saw my distress and volunteered to assist me with my grocery shopping. I thought that was really cool. I get to the cash register and the line is really short. All other customers are grabbing light items as well. I get there and realized that I forgotten my wallet in the car. So out of pure embarrassment I stop feel all my pockets. Even a couple places that didn't have pockets to help sell my anxiety. I grab both girls up and run to the door, I grab my wallet and both girls are balling their eyes out because they think we're leaving without food and I was going to starve them. Well I get back inside and to the checkout line and my items are already bagged and ready to go. I paid and the bag boy carried them to my car.

If it wasn't for the employees who came to my aid that day then this would doubtfully I would've given a perfect 5

Customers service and employees are very helpful. Very clean store and no long lines. I will be shopping there more often.

It's okay. Not the cheapest place to get groceries and there's usually a huge line no matter what time of day or night. Decent beer selection and always enough parking.

Poor customer service. Service hours are stated 11-7pm yet multiple Visits have resulted in a manager not being available or gone home early . Understandable once or twice but 5 days in a row?

The deli lady was horrible with the gray hair, that I had to get a manger involved. I will never go back there again.
