Lots of food, great prices, and the workers know where a good majority of the products are located.

Because it is a very nice place in the area where it is also located and because a very clean place good service I give 5 points because I think it deserves it I recommend them.

Pretty good selection of foods,lines long at times but efficient,great neighborhood store....

During the Covid pandemic they are allowing people to shop with masks on their chin, not covering their faces, and most employees also have their masks under their noses. Not a safe place to shop.

Had a great experience at this vons, you can find many great things, with some great customer service.

At Vons or Albertsons you can't beat a Friday $5 specials.

One of the worst grocery stores in the area. Always woefully understaffed. Long lines at check out, mediocre selection of products. There are so many other options in the area to choose from.

Plenty of parking, store itself is nice with a good selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the lines can get long sometimes, and there aren't any self-checkout terminals, so those in a rush with only a couple items will have to wait too.

As told by several users here this Vons never has the specials that they advertise, specially in the meat department. I have been shopping here for more than a year and this has happen to me around 80% of the time I visit. I am moving to Vons near to this one in Centinela.

Bait and switch. They advertise a big sale on something good to get you in the store but never have that one thing. Happened to me three times with their meat department.

Although there is a bit of lacking when it comes to parking, the facility itself is worth the effort. The staff are friendly and the cashiers are quick. I usually frequent Vons to take advantage of the deals when you buy 4 of a particular product...which is why my cupboards are full of cookies at the moment.

Small location, never enough cashiers, and expensive

It's a meh. Avoid going here late nights. There's not enough checkout clerks sometimes.

This has to be the last store in L.A. without a self-checkout!!! Not only that, there's hardly any staff. Going there for a few things? Plan on waiting 5-10 minutes in line EVERY TIME. Even in the "Express" checkout (they don't stop people who have twice the number of items, either).
Take the time to go up the street to the Ralph's. You'll actually save time because you won't have to wait on line if you use the self-checkout there! PS: I think half of the positive reviews here are from employees. Some are downright lies! Easy ample parking? Puh-leeze!!!

It's Vons.... How do I rate Vons? It's like Ralph's, but not quite as good

Easy access to parking. A wide variety of product selection. Conveniently close to the freeway.

I had a very nice experience in this grocery shop. Their staves were so accommodating and friendly. They helped me to find the dairy products area. All of their products are fresh and affordable. I didn't regret my decision to buy some baking products in this well-organized shop. Very highly recommended to everyone!

This particular Vons on National and Sepulveda is the best Vons I have walked into. The employees are super nice. They help you immediately. Their shelves are stocked. Very pleasant environment.

A great deal on bone in ribeye steaks for Memorial day weekend.

This grocery store is conveniently located for me, but I hate it. They are constantly out of stock of things. There aren't many cashiers so there is always a line. No self checkout. Meat department smells more fishy than most grocery stores.

A relatively small Vons store... because of that, you may not find a lot of selection but it has most of basic stuff and this is why i am giving 4 stars. The staff is friendly. This place does not have full serviced meat, cheese sections. The parking lot is big enough but because there are stores like CVS, Subways, Wells Fargo, and Starbucks, you may have to wait for a parking spot. It's located at the intersection of Sepulveda Blvd and National so it is located in a busy area.

Vons is one of those grocery stores that has every that I was looking for and a couple variations to compare. The informed and friendly staff makes the experience an enjoyable and efficient one.

Pity there's not a bigger range of fruit and veggies, spices, and dips.
Customer service is great!

I always get the Von's "Signature" decaf instant coffee and look forward to the crema that forms on top when I pour a cup. I like espresso best but If I have to drink decaf, this is the one. The checkers are friendly and kind to the customers.

My friends, I bring you a tale of desperation.

I needed to use the restroom. They're located on the southeast corner up the stairs. As I arrived, I saw it needed a code. I wasn't sure I could make it back down the stairs before having a major problem on/in my hands/pants, so I asked a MANAGER if he could help me out... And he did! He took time out of his busy day to do something one of his peons should be doing. Mad respect. Also, the bathroom was pretty clean and the toilets are mighty flushers.

they've got everything! lighting could be a bit better, however. not sure what the issue is with parking complaints as there are three large lots at this intersection and street parking right off Sepulveda.

Nice service and night manager was very professional. Store made a mistake by putting wrong price on a merchandise and he check it out and no questions ask gave me the price that was posted... nice.

Takes forever at the cashier lines no matter what time of day.

Decent, but small, often does not have something I stick that you might be looking for, like a particular brand of cereal, etc.

Terrible by even Von s standards. They have no self-check out and are ALWAYS understaffed. It is impossible to run into this store, grab a few things and get out quickly. There are always lines with only one or two registers open. Instead of making it more convenient to check out, they choose to have a Starbucks kiosk in their store... this is despite the fact that there is a Starbucks store in the same shopping center with the full Starbucks menu. Their produce is terrible and they never have anything despite someone always there stocking. Management can t even schedule employees correctly to avoid lines so why expect proper training on keeping their produce and meat fresh and stocked. I always dread going to this Von s and avoid it as often as possible. Hit up the Ralph s two blocks down off National/Sawtelle.

Long lines almost always. Good selection. Big store.

Friendly check out staff, but empty shelves, no population control, no visible signs of staff using hand sanitizer. Long lines. Your odds are better for finding items you need and staying safe ELSEWHERE.

The place is clean and its always a reliable source for food items. Well arranged too. Recommended highly.

i lived off of this place at one time lol when i would be late for work or running late at lunch. Not the absolute best of food but for the price you cannot beat it (especially in Tarzana).

As a Von's, it's fine. Not the best, not the worst, but the bizarre parking lot really kills it for me. I'd rather brave the Albertson's up the street, which while a death trap, is at least a logical death trap. Staff are friendly enough, and the produce is fine, but the parking...

They have everything there even a Star Bucks. Most of the time it is fast service too.

Ralphs across the street on sawtelle and national. This vons has horrible management. Need to be retrained.

This Vons always smells not so clean when I enter from the door that leads to the sidewalk. That puts me off. Last time I shopped there was an acre of disappointment. I didn't find what I wanted, thing after thing.

Market nice when the arrives. Since Albertsons took over often many out of stock.

Has mostly everything, but it's not the quality of a Pavilion's. They have a herb rubbed baked chicken that is awesome.

I think it's a good store, a variety of everything, I miss more variety of organic meat without antibiotics, veal and pork for example. Dark chocolate sweetened with stevia and gluten-free products with stevia and without yeast.

I will surely recommend this grocery shop to all of my friends and family. The aisles are wide and it is not that crowded. They have absolutely everything here. The shop is cozy, cold, and wide. The staves were all accommodating and knows exactly what they are doing. I didn't regret my decision to use your service, guys. You are the best among the rest!
