Staff is courteous and very helpful, but the produce department doesn't have the best variety around and the aisle organization is a bit strange.

Every bit as good as Ralph's and Albertson without all the pricey Whole Foods or Pavillion goods.

Just OK. The meat and produce department at this Vons always smells spoiled or rancid to me. Ugh. Not a great selection of produce or vegetarian/vegan foods. Cashiers always appear as if they are not interested in working at here. Basically, I don't like shopping here and only go here if I absolutely have to but I would rather avoid this Vons & drive just a bit farther to go to Ralph's or Whole Foods or Sprouts or even Bristol Farms

This is a pretty decent Vons. They have all of the basic stuff that I need. The store is clean and well maintained.

Needs a renovation big time. The entire store is run down and sad.

This Vons needs some help. I don't know but everything just needs some improvement. The way the produce is organized, the way the toiletries and over the counter meds are in the same isle. In the late evening they often have just one checkout lane open. So basically, you get stuck for ages trying to pay for one box of dental floss. I feel bad for the employees, management needs to step up their supermarket game.

Small size store, you may not find all the items you're looking for

Not pleasant. Cashier using phone, trying to stop the music playing on it..chatting, chatting to customers and the line had 5 people waiting..only 2 registers open not including Express ..paid for paper bag..really??? Plastic I've paid for.never, never paper. Just not a great experience.

I just shopped my list. Everything was there. Customer service was. Pleasant.

Every Friday I will look at the $ 5 specials and there is something that escapes me and some other offers

The store is clean and organized. I like their pastries which are light sweet. Restrooms are on the 2nd floor inside the employees break room.

Worst bakery of any of the Vons that I've been to. They never have chocolate chip cookies.

GREAT staff, immaculate store, great selection. Prices on some items are higher than most stores in the area

We always enjoy being in this mall because it has a lot of stores to visit. They had stores like clothing, food, gaming, and a lot more in one place. Have fun here!

I bought an ice cream cake from Vons, it's delicious.

Difficult parking, basic market. Not a great selection of organic produce, meats or service deli. Good because of it's location, but nothing to go out of your way for.

I had all the products I wanted to buy and it was all at a very reasonable cost. Their meats and fruits are displayed well and it was all fresh. This is the best place to go when we're on a tight budget. I will recommend this shop.

Least favorite of the stores in my area. Will go here if other options don't work out. tight and crowded parking lot with a handful of other stores customers competing for spaces. Open on some holidays when others stores are closed! Appreciate that!!

Employees are nice. $5 chicken deal is great for throwing an easy dinner together.
4 star because the store is old and 70's fabulous.

I like Vons, however this Vons is a bit small. They do have a Starbucks inside and the donuts are fresh. We stop for fast morning food here.

Called corporate about issues with the store and filled customer experience claim.
Update with operator system with low prices is a complete lie and false advertising. Von s has increased there prices on liquor, meat, sugar, flower, eggs, bread, etc by 2.8% in a span of 2 months.
Issue with the store Manager Marco not wearing a mask while calling customers on the floor is irresponsible and should be conducted in his office. I m expecting a call from the district manager on Monday 05/18/2020.
There are better alternatives such as Ralph s and Food for Less.

I like shopping here except for the long check out wait times. Very long.

Open till 11pm, very nice personnel, big enough to buy groceries and others.

Worse customer service at the florist! The lady disappeared for 30mins and came back not willing to tell me how much are the bouquets! Thanks lady, I won t come again! 2/15 at 4pm

Unable to find help in the store. Short on cashiers. Cashiers should try smiling more.

Very nice local grocery store. Stocks fresh produce. Very nice and friendly staff.

You will every items of all your daily need in one place. Some items are bit costly, but you can afford this if you are finding them easily in one place.

I love Vons and their 6pack deals on wine. I walked counter clockwise around the whole store until I found it in the front on the other side. Oyster bay. Room temp.

Their prices are to high. Only store I could get to at the time I needed to pick up somethings that was needed.

I always feel like Vons is a rich peoples kroger/ralphs

Always good for general grocery items. Clean and tidy isles. Good discounts.

The employees are great, but the store is quite small and therefore there are limited choices.

Longest lines, slow service, bad Deli food, and mis-stocked items. Only 1 or 2 checkouts after 6pm & lines of customers w/ full carts. Double check all your items are correct, they mix items on shelves. (Ex: if you grab 2 o 3 cans of soup.) Deli fried chicken was over cooked, burned, dried out.

Like every other vons, but...skylights?! Welcome to the Super Duper Market of the dystopian dream future...

This supermarket place is the future of grocery shopping! As a customer, I no longer have to worry about going out in public to get my food because the area is safe and secured for all the shoppers! I will definitely be back again for more groceries!

I love their staff there so friendly Starbucks as well I get my coffee there all the time I would definitely give them a 10

If was okay. I wish the store was bigger so they could stock more. They always run out decaf house blend coffee, or dont carry sufficient qty, but that's also true of the Vons on Centinela.

This particular Vons on National and Sepulveda is the best Vons I have walked into. The employees are super nice. They help you immediately. Their shelves are stocked. Very pleasant environment.

Staff are super friendly, BUT check the use by and sell by dates. I have bought things many ties waaaay past the dates
