Awesome buying experience, even remotely over the Internet. Everything went smoothly, from the usual negociation to final delivery, including paperwork and signature. Great service and support from Jenny, thumbs up. Car is a 2020 S60. Fantastic vehicle.

I purchased a new Volvo XC40 in May 2021. My service advisor was Bryan Baltazar, Assistant Sales Manager. Bryan fully reviewed the different models and options and the pricing for each. I felt no pressure in making this purchase. He was great in explaining all the features upon delivery and went well above and beyond by programming my new phone to accept the On Call system. Bryan and the staff at Volvo Villa were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Today, I drop off my XC90 for the brake and front driver seat creaking sound. The tech guys are really help me to resolve the problem. But After I drove my car back, I found that my rear wheal hub had a deep scratch. I really satisfied they fix the creaking sound for me, but the scratch I am not really appreciated.

Here is the followup: I brought my car to them, they order me a new part for me to change the damage one. Also, I mentioned that the driver seat creaking sound still there. They send another technician test drive with me. He also confirmed he is able to listen the sound. Hopefully, all the little problem could be resolve when I drop it off next time, since my car only 3000+ km. I will keep update in this review.

Here is the followup: Yesterday, I drove my car to the dealership for the part replaced. They ordered the new trim for me. It looks fantastic now. Really appreciated their work. For the creaks, the technician tried to tie up the parts under the driver seat. But it didn't fully be resolved. The creaks still their and really frustrated my daily drive. Hopefully, they could help me to get rid of it. I will keep post until the whole service gets finalize.

Here is an update: after last treatment, everything is working properly. Appreciated!
