I like that this company can usually help out pretty quickly. My ac unit was freezing up which is usually an indication of low coolant. Of course it was low and this means there is a leak somewhere. Daniel wasn t too annoyed with me watching what he was doing and asking some questions. I really appreciate that.

Ben Maines Air Conditioning was very responsive when I called and sent a technician that afternoon. We had water coming out a light fixture in a ceiling and they found the issue and corrected it. The technician stayed and ran several tests to insure the leak was stopped. We signed up for semi annual service on all our units.

Awesome response time 40mins from first call to tech arriving, the tec performed admirably and found problem very quickly and replaced a broken / blown part within the condenser unit, will recommend there services if I could give a 10 star I would they are very polite on phone and tec knew his job. Btw. This was a out of hrs repair and was responsible with there charge.....
