Amazing customer service! Every time I go in for an oil change I try to book with associate Brad - he always goes above and beyond to take care of my Toyota. I know my car is safe in his hands, very skillful and overall kind person! The prices at this dealership are reasonable, very objective and honest - quality parts and lovely lounge area with complimentary coffee and tea for while you wait on your car, if you don't want the wait they provide a complimentary Uber. Been coming here for years and would absolutely recommend this dealership if you want excellent service!
I just wasted my money, the service was absolutely unnecessary when I consulted with another car shop, I paid more than $600 and it's almost a brand new car whit 36k mileage. I am not happy with this service and paying too much for nothing, my brake did not have any issue and they just charged me and I am not sure even they touched my car. I never come to that place since I am deceived.
One of the advisor Ronnie Leong asked me to service my car brake at 23628km as the brake pad is already getting thin. He said CVT cars tended to get brakes worn out quicker. However, I am driving a manual, using engine brake regularlu plus I only drive my car once a week since pandemic. There's no way brake worn out that quick. If lying is the way go get money from customers, please think of a better excuse. If Toyota cars' brake need to get service at 23000km, you would rather go for other brands as I didn't replace new brake with my old Mitsubishi lancer manual drive until 120,000km.
We ve received excellent customer service at Richmond Hill Toyota from Igor Sapojnikov. First of all, it was easy to reach him and set up an appointment. Second, he provided some great advice on the car choice and lease/purchase terms and conditions. Overall, we could see that he was knowledgeable and professional. Finally, he made sure everything went smoothly and fast, and we were able to pick up and enjoy our new car shortly after the appointment. Igor is very down-to-earth and truly cares about his customers. We definitely recommend him.
The dealership is set up in a very intelligent way. They have a waiting area that is set up with the sole purpose of comfort. You can charge your smart phone in one of their seating stations or have breakfast or lunch at the Restaurant inside the dealership where they make everything from scratch so that it's nice and healthy plus delicious.
Fast and efficient service department. Also provided the shuttle so that i didn't have to waste my time waiting.

Sales person Farshad was very biased and didn't welcome our business at all, it was apparent that he needs to take some diversity training. Very poor customer service and communication skills.
Amazing service at this location with Kiran Uchil! I brought my car in for so many different things to get done and he made sure ALL of it got done + my car was cleaned too!! Wonderful customer service. Very professional. I ll be back when the time comes :)
