Volt Services Group, Torrance, CA Review

I arrived early to my "Interview" and i was not called in until 45 min. After my scheduled interview. Firstly the women working there were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and very messy. I could hear them gossiping about other candidates from the waiting area. They had ZERO knowledge of the position and had NO IDEA what i was talking about when I spoke about my experience and knowledge of chemicals and formulations. Just a bunch of cholas doing the bare minimum that know nothing about lab jobs. Very bad experience even the lady conducting my interview apologized for wasting my time. A bunch of lost amateurs.

Terrilynn Howard got me on at Fed-Ex, she is very professional, answered all my questions with efficiency and made certain I had all of the information I needed for the job. She is fabulous!

Really good agency and even better staff members Naomi Hinzo has been providing really good candidates for the company I work for. Glad to have them as partners. Looking forward to continue with our partnership and have a even more successful 2021.

Really satisfied with the outcome results

The professionalism and charismatic approach that Naomi Hinzo, along with her fellow colleague Mary Duarte are above outstanding. They worked hard putting me in a position that fit my skills and knowledge of the construction trade and sliding me into a position that gives me the ability to express my expertise in CAD reading and setting forth blue prints bringing them to life. The ability to use my crafting skills in wood work creating everything that the engineers designed from scratch working long hours not seeing my job as a job because I love what I do. And the ability to use my knowledge in roofing, carpentry, iron work, cabinet making and Glazing into affect really makes everything they did appreciated and acknowledged.
Thank you for the promises and hard work especially through this pandemic that has torn apart, took and emotionally scared many lives.

This is the best agency in the LA area. The staff there is responsive and helpful. The recruiters are the best and get you jobs right away!

Terrible experience working with a recruiter named Carmen Nassar. She had me resign from my former employer to work at Barco. After resigning and starting my first day Carmen tells me not go into work after calling me all hours of the night and calling my friend as well. She never even apologized for the inconvenience for resigning from my job. What a unprofessional company this can be during the COVID_19 crisis. STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!

Any problems or issues I run into gets handled. Ms. Naomi is always professional and responds to all of my inquiries.

This agency sucks please be aware because I had to wait 2 weeks to get paid and now I got over paid and I have to pay them back. Are you serious never again.

I apply on a Friday and got called to work on Monday . Suzzie been very helpful.

One of the best agency I came across working, because they re really reliable and work with you depending on your job skills. One of my favorite agency contractor that got me a good reliable job was Mary Duarte she is really professional when it comes for anybody looking for a job, because she will get you the job that you want. Also Mary Duarte is a really kind with a good personality.

When I called in, I was told to go to one of their computers, check my gmail, and follow a link to fill out some info. For some reason, the link would not send. After I told them this, the lady steps out to grab some food while I wait for her to come back and send me the link. After trying to send it to me several times, they told me they would call me later next week.

To be fair, i showed up right at the end of walk in hours and they did at least try to accomidate me. However, I did not feel reapected, nor did I have a pleasant experience.

Just wanted to say that volt has been very helpful in finding me this job opportunity at rplanet Earth. I think it's a great job just what I was looking for the pay rate was just what I was asking for. my job recruiter Michael and HR Naomi are there for me anytime I have any questions or concerns. just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate what you guys have done for me.

When I worked there everything was fine, I have no complaints about them, but now that I try to communicate with them it is very difficult for me to communicate, in fact I don't know if this agency is still working or not.

They hired me into a job that supposedly was looking for long term to hire! I went into the job ready knowing what I was doing. The supervisor named Miguel ER planet that is a recycling plant, had given me a packet for instructions to do as my duties. I did the duties daily only to let go after two weeks of work! This is very disappointing!

Very unprofessional and condescending staff. I fulfilled my employment assignment and was supposed to get paid on December 22. Not only did I not get paid, but they blamed on the client I had been working for.
After much frustrating research, I found out that Volt s regional manager had left on vacation and not taken care of half of the employees who were assigned to the same place as me.

Get the best help from Mary Duarte and Naomi hinzo, at volt. Have not been without work since recieving their help. They always come through.

Worked at epson in Carson they are just about money,they don t give a care about there employees they won t back you up....low pay.... would never recommend!!!!!
