The experience I had working with Amy is unrivaled. She is quick, no-nonsense, and extremely efficient at linking you with quality potential employers. I would highly recommend her agency to anyone looking for quality employment placement services.

Amy is extremely rude and unprofessional. She recently called asking for my updated address. When I advised I wasn t comfortable providing this (as I was already employed), she said, alright then I ll just toss your application , and hung up on me. I would not recommend partnering with a company where their leader operates in such a manner. Very disappointing.
This recruiter Amy has poor adequate. She is very unprofessional, she yells on the phone and basically tries to act like she knows everything about employment. Obviously she does not know too much because she does not know how to talk to people when asking them questions. For anyone looking for employment please do not apply with this company.
I had sent my resume to Amy a few years back as I was looking for new employment. I did not feel the candidate I was interviewing with was the right fit right away so I denied the interview. Amy kept pushing and saying things like "if you were my daughter I would tell you to go" which was strange after I had politely declined. Progress a few years forward and she is reaching out again after I had politely declined saying I am happy with my employment. She in turn calls my current place of employment and speaks to my BOSS which was severely unprofessional. She then calls several people in my office. I had already responded by asking her company not to call me anymore and I believe it was Craig? Who said they will no longer call. Today I receive a call and pushy text message politely declining that I am happy with my employment and to remove me from her list. To which she replies that she legally can't do that and to "have a nice life. Don't be so harsh." I told her that what she is doing is harassment for calling my employer and all of my coworkers soliciting unwanted jobs and as it is my personal information, she should honor my request. She in turn replied that "I need help. Serious help." and sent me a group of messages thereafter of how I "should have replied." She's a horrible and unprofessional woman and I have no idea why anyone would work with her.
This agency continues to call my office searching for one of our current employees several times a week. We have kindly asked for them to stop and they do not let up. To top it all off they are EXTREMELY rude on the phone. I have reported this number to the National Do Not Call Registry, hopefully it gets taken care of soon.
Just got the rudest call from Amy Zimmerman. Asked if I was interested in a position that was below my current job. I told her that I didnt want to move down in jobs rather up and she responded, "for a man who doesn't know much you sure make decisions quickly." Pretty poor tactic to insult possible recruitments and/or referrals. Would not recommend
Be very careful in dealing with this woman. She is unstable and very unprofessional. I worked for her a few times and it always ended in a problem. I just found out that when I was working from home for her and she agreed to pay my cell phone bill after I left her employment she sued me and got a judgement. This was after she verbally agreed that I didn't owe her anything because American Express had told her she couldn't cancel the charges to her card because she had agreed to them. Be very careful in any dealing with her
Possibly the worse recruiter I have met. She basically told me that the company doesn t need me I am the one that needs the job. Extremely rude and egocentric. I won t be coming back here again.
I applied for a position online and received a call from Amy. It turns out that the position I applied for was one of her clients, so she would need to register me for the agency. After meeting with her and completing some paperwork, there was never another mention of the position I initially applied for. I did mention to her that one of the areas I would like to work in is education/academia, especially since I'm actively studying and preparing to become a professor. I did inform her that in the interim, I was okay with a couple right now jobs based on my experience, but would eventually need to shift gears.
Overtime, she would appear every few months to suggest a job, only to rescind the recommendation because I may not have been trained in a certain task. I was always assured that I have amazing experience for these opportunities, yet I wasn't a fit because, I had never prepped a boardroom before or I've done a little work with ADP, but not enough to be the correct fit. For another job opportunity that was propositioned, she not only contacted me after reasonable business hours (it was 8 PM), but proceeded to text me until she received a response. The next day, she as well as her assistant continued to call me, even though I had earlier informed them that I was working another temp assignment with a different agency and would not be able to speak on the phone.
There were times when she would claim she emailed something to me and when I shared that I hadn't received it, she was immediately combative. She suggested an administrative assignment to me this week, so I asked her if she has any positions related to education/academia since I'm now proactively looking in that field. I received a response that she doesn't receive requests in that field, but she'll make a note of it. This morning, she contacted me about a potential position, so I immediately asked if it was in my preferred fields. She lied that it was, then proceeded to describe an Excel heavy reconciliation position that's in an environment that "does research." She emailed the Excel Assessment, which I was having difficulty accessing. When I told her that I've made multiple attempts to open the link to no avail, she defensively asserted that the link always works, proceeded to express that she's understaffed for the day, is technology challenged, and her associate is currently closing a $50,000 deal, so he can't help her. When I expressed concern that the position sounds clerical, she admitted it is, but it sounds like I don't want it and will not represent her company well. I shared that I would rather she shred my personal information and not contact me because I have not had a positive experience with her agency. As a true professional, she hung up.
I've listened to her talk about how she doesn't know where certain things are at her office as well as how some files have been misplaced, so I did not feel comfortable with my information being involved. I proceeded to text her my request again and received her "professional" advice on the matter (she opted to call me dry and lifeless). Regardless of how long her business has somehow managed to survive, her unprofessionalism on many fronts is atrocious. The lack of concern for her clients is apparent and is bothersome. Simply because you won an award over a decade ago does not mean that you maintain that same standard you probably utilized back then. A client expressing concern and firmly advocating for their career is not dry and lifeless. If you would like to be harassed, demeaned, and disrespected, I highly recommend the professional that is Amy Zimmerman. But, if you have value and are a skilled person, please look at another agency.
Called Amy to get some possible staffing assistance and she was immediately combative and rude...wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to explain why I was calling, just kept talking over me. Please get emotional healing sweetie.. you will alienate everyone with this attitude.
She called our office and was very rude. She was doing cold calling and cut me off as I was speaking and wanted the phone number to the person she was asking for. Then told me that the information was "confidential" If i'm going to pass along a message most people want to know the name of the company and what the message is regarding. She was very unprofessional.
Zimmerman and Associates truly go above and beyond to find the right applicant for the right position. If you are wondering which recruiter to work with, look no more. Whether you are a company looking to hire or an individual needing job placement, don t hesitate to contact them. Omri was my Talent Acquisition Specialist. She is hands on and takes great care with every position that is filled. Thank you, Zimmerman and Associates, for being so great and finding me the perfect job, and may you help many more companies and individuals with something so important as career placement!!!
As has been mentioned before, this woman is incredibly rude on the phone, even after being politely informed that our company was not interested in her services, she repeatedly called back. Then she wished ill on me personally, hoping I would get treated rudely in the future. Unbelievable!
This woman was calling one of my employees last year, and my partner had to get on the phone to get her to stop calling and harassing her. This year, she started calling my employee again incessantly harassing her. I called her back to get to the bottom of this and she was very rude and hung up on me. This outfit is bottom tier, no class and is using non industry standard techniques which are illegal.
If I could give zero stars, I would even do that. Please never contact this woman for any job opportunity. She emails me first asking if I have experience with CPA. After emailing her back immediately that I do not have experience with this , she has the audacity to call me and then end the call in a rude manner by saying I wasted her time! She could've just responded over email and connected with me for another opportunity that would fit my profile but she chose to be malicious. Never contact her. Terrible experience.
