For no confirmed reason, the last four "Lifetime Warranty" LED bulbs on a 24 bulb driveway circuit went out. I assumed it was my DIY electrical connections. After reworking 3 of the connections without success, I decided to replace the bulbs, and all four of the bulbs were bad. A friend of mine guessed a lightning strike might have been the cause.
I then contacted Volt Customer Service, was provided return instructions and labeling, and received the new bulbs within a week! Exceptional service!
