Administrative puzzle. New construction but moderate to poor maintenance of older buildings. Rents reasonable. Around high apartment buildings a lot of debris of balloons hopping down. Hitchhiking drunk by pets..kots..mc donald leftovers straight from the car in the parking lot.
Lots of pests. Rats have the flats and bushes around immerloo plas as their home base .. poor supervision by the landlord leads to even more mess because complaints do not lead to serious action. There are private persons who try something, but that is mopping with an open tap.
Time to get things back on track and tackle asos that mess up. These are usually the local tokkies and a single stray "foreigner" or whatever passes for it.
Staff is good ... helpful .... it's the policy that needs to change so that employees can work more smoothly

NEVER buy a property offered by these prutsers. Contacted because our front door lock is defective. Asked if we can buy a lock. Served within 2 minutes because we are not a tenant and are therefore not included in the locking plan.

Unprofessional staff. Was not helped correctly. The employee sounded like she hated her life and wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I am surprised how badly you manage your affairs and work together with affiliated installation agency Krelo. I have just contacted the technician by telephone after being connected by an employee of Public Housing. The mechanic indicated that he had just put a note in my bus yesterday with the announcement that he will arrive on Friday.
How do you manage to collaborate with companies that assume that they can just come by on another day without any kind of consultation? He indicated that he would not make it today and did not have enough staff, this is of course not my problem. I also told him this and he would see what he could arrange. Dear reader, watch out, do not go with Housing sea. Do not buy a house through Public Housing. No service-providing institution. It should be banned new homes selling through advertising. Misleading advertising. Too much depends on that for the buyer.

Rent now for 10 years and have always been well helped. Easily accessible by phone, a caretaker on the more difficult flats who is seriously doing his job, good maintenance and cleaning. Normally you would have to build up your measurement time again. Now these people can get their measuring time back. So the competition remains very high. And people who really need a house can no longer get a house.
