I am surprised how badly you manage your affairs and work together with affiliated installation agency Krelo. I have just contacted the technician by telephone after being connected by an employee of Public Housing. The mechanic indicated that he had just put a note in my bus yesterday with the announcement that he will arrive on Friday.
How do you manage to collaborate with companies that assume that they can just come by on another day without any kind of consultation? He indicated that he would not make it today and did not have enough staff, this is of course not my problem. I also told him this and he would see what he could arrange. He has just called you and you could no longer arrange anyone.
As you understand, the occupation is not my problem. The appointment was made for October 2, 8 am and it has been moved by the gentleman without consultation and without my knowledge.
I have now been without gas and hot water for almost a week because of the gas leak that was discovered last week and given the other current problems (stinky neighbor taking care of vermin, unsafe situation with the general access doors that can be opened day and night and you know you being responsible if I am raped in my own complex by a non-western migrant or drunk who always hangs in the alley) is the least you can do to send someone this way immediately, how, who or what that is of course not my care. I also expect a hefty compensation / compensation for the above inconveniences.
If nobody can be arranged in the end, I will have to stay in a hotel at your expense, because I cannot make food, shower, wash dishes, do the laundry etc.
What a badly arranged mess with you. In the context of safety, living enjoyment, honesty and well-being, there is still a lot to learn from you.
