I have recently used their services for the first time and I can say that I am deeply disappointed.

1. I bought a plane ticket in which I was told in the mail that the details of the trip would reach me in 24 hours. It's been a week since I called the flight company, I did not know if what I received was not actually the flight ticket but just a "reservation."

2. When we have completed the details of the person for whom we purchased the ticket, we have entered all the CORRECT data, and then we have entered the person's email. Later I found out (that is, more than a week after I received the details) that the site did NOT DISABLE the browser's auto-complete function and SUPRASCRISED my name that I just wrote shortly before, with the bulletin in front of. The proof of greater amateur I have never seen, no site that respects and that has to do with the identities of some people does not do that, or maybe VOLA.ro makes it intentionally to take advantage of the people.

3. I called the VOLA.ro callcenter and talked to a lady who (after suggesting about 3 times that I was the one who was wrong, I tried to explain the point above with the site, but did not understand) suggested that the SINGLE method to correct this is to pay 68 EURO (the ticket was a total of 120) to change the name.

4. I called Blue Air (because I prefer to give them their money to modify the ticket) and they said I have the TWO possibilities. First, I go to the airport to pay 50 euros and the second to go with the old name card and the documents necessary to confirm the identity change (birth certificate / marriage certificate) ... FREE.

In conclusion, all this is going with the thought of amateurism, to the bad intent.
