I was interviewed for a virtual receptionist position recently and was awed by their beautiful office, free food, and personable staff. I accepted the offer right after my interview and was excited to start. Management assured me that they have a low attrition rate and that if I was punctual and worked hard, I'd succeed. Today I was fired after only 7 days of training/work. I was shocked because prior to then, I had gotten only good reviews from management. Every time I asked about my performance, they assured me that I was doing well. Even though I felt like I was rapidly progressing and enjoying the work, they told me that clients complained about me and I took too long on calls. They refused to give me even a few more hours to see if I could improve. I hope that anyone who decides to work for them has a better experience than I did.

I can't recommend this service enough! It's been an absolute game-changer for our small business. Customizable options help me get the right information from every call, the phone is answered each time a person calls, and the price is fantastic. Having a business number keeps my personal cell off of Google, so I'm able to respond more efficiently to everyone. Customer service is exceptionally great with VoiceNation. You REALLY don't need a secretary to sit in an office and answer phone calls anymore.

Long time customer, first time reviewing. There is a reason for that. Voicenation always had the capability, but in only my personal experience, not the personnel account managers. Until we were able to have Holley K. work with us. She stopped me from getting a new company and provided me the necessary insurance, I am a customer of Voicenation as long as she is there or personally trains the next agent. She is amazing!!

We have been using Voice Nation for only a few months but we have been very happy with their services and wish we would have switched sooner! They have an easy web portal, nice features, affordable pricing and great customer service thus far. Holley Kepley has helped me with any changes that needed to be made and has always been responsive via email or phone. Kristi Anderson was super informative when getting us set up with our account. I would definitely recommend their answering services to anyone needing receptionist help!

VoiceNation has been great! I own a laundromat open 24/7 so having someone answer the phone at 2 am to ask if we are really open is so important. It's nice I can forward the calls to them anytime I don't want to be bothered and they handle it. Most of the time it's general questions I have given them a list of answers for, but if it's an emergency, they will call me and ask to patch the customer through.

Voice Nation is a great resource for someone needing a receptionist but not having the need for one full time. Great business model. Also what is worth mentioning is that Melissa in customer support is the best employee they have. I would ask to work with her directly!!!

Prior to coming to VoiceNation we had used a local company and had many problems. I was honestly worried about moving to a company that was not in our area and what kind of service we would get. VoiceNation has been phenomenal! Every interaction I have had with someone on their staff has proved that they are kind, professional, and efficient. Their service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. Their portal is easy to use and any time I have had a question is was addressed promptly.

I'm blown away that this company has a 4 star rating considering they only get 1 out of 5 calls rights, hence the reason they are getting a 1 out of 5 star review. There operators/warm bodies they throw on the phone are obviously not trained, they don't follow the script, they fumble through the call and every other word they say is "ummm". If thats not bad enough when you bring your complaint to "Management" about the call handling they do nothing. I would suggest you think twice before hiring this company to be your front line voice.
