They helped with a new roof for my 82 year old neighbor. Her insurance company would not help pay for anything. Volunteers of America were a true blessing. I can't thank you and the staff enough for all y'all did to help a senior citizen that was in need.
They blessed me and my family and I am so so thankful for their help and the great joy they bring to our community and families during this pandemic!
What a wonderful experience! They presented my schoolers with brand new backpacks and supplies for school! My preschoolers were blessed with fun, food, face painting and treats as well! Reaching High Learning Center appreciates your efforts in OUR COMMUNITY!

Volunteers is an amazing organization that help. Veterans and not only that homeless people And people that have been hit by disasters or people that are just looking to make changes to their lives. They also help with classes. I actually went to the program myself. I highly recommend this. Nonprofit Organization for anyone who is in need of help
Absolutely amazing staff and director. They truly know and believe that change truly is possible and is in fact very real. Their faith, brief, and personal experience in changing for the better, helped spark the flame within me until I slowly began to realize that they right! That small flicker of a flame turned into a magnificent bonfire. There IS hope!
The reception is horrible, and they don't offer anything I need you can't do ao get for yourself. This is a scam non profit there to make money off of write offs for those who need help.
This organization is built on a great mission and has been a silent knight for those that struggle in the Houston Community. U was sad to hear that one of their major operations closed down hurting the population that it served. Lives were being saved everyday through that program and no doubt there have been an excess of struggling without them around. On the other hand they recently got me out of a major bind during COVID-19 AND the process was simple and quick. VOA you will always be in my heart
