Very poor wifi service in Vuci Nausori raised this issue few times with customer service nothing has been done to improve the service especially in the evening. Buying a recharge for 5o dollars for a month of wifi data and I'm not able to use wifi. I'm not getting value for my 50 dollars.

Vodafone is a rip off when we came they did not tell us we had to activate mobile by dialing some numbers and activating data.otherwose charges $2 per mb so you loser all your credits. These type of practise is not acceptable

To be honest Vodafone is the number one mobile and internet service provider in the South Pacific region. Vodafone Fiji HQ is situated in a very central location about 10 minutes drive from the main city. I think as a customer you can't ask for a better location as it is not too far from the city and also is very convenient and has ample space for parking. Even the security guards are so willing to assist you upon your arrival. The receptionist will greet you with a big Bula smile and promptly serve or assist you. You will be just be amazed with how the staff at Vodafone Fiji treats its customers leaving them with a WOW experience! Simply the best!

Beware of their commercial traps.
They use clever marketing strategies to relieve of your money.
Customer service if they can will place the ball back in your court so to speak.
Well trained agents but not well educated.

Been trying to contact the Customer Service for 2 ...

Been trying to contact the Customer Service for 2 days now and it just keeps ringing for almost 10 minutes then says, "all our agents are on the phone with customers blah blah". Anyway, since I can't contact Customer Service, I'll just post my concerns here. I opted in for IOU because and had to opt in to a daily data plan because it was urgent, for the first few minutes it was a success then both IOU and data disappeared. When I checked my actual balance, there was no IOU balance or Data. Tried opting in to IOU again but it said I had already opted for it and I can't even use the Internet services because there was no Internet data. So where the hell did this go??

I subscribed for daily mobile data service but it kept resubscribing and ate all my purchased credit. How can this happen when there wasn't any notice sent to me asking whether to resubscribe or not. This is just a way to cheat your customers money ! Pathetic system and service. Customers in Nadi will never get their phone calls answered as Vodafone staffs are just too lazy to deal with simple tasks. May switch to digicel now, less network coverage but atleast they don't cheat.

Vodaphone is a joke they emphasis on having that they have the fastest network, which I highly doubt is total bollocks the sad thing is this .
We the Public have to live with this is a paid service and what we are getting is nothing even close to customer service .

What can you say - it's a phone sure? I walked in, got my recharge and walked back it again... Wait was probably a bit longer than I would've wanted, but it was a busy time so it is kind of expected..
