Been trying to contact the Customer Service for 2 ...

Been trying to contact the Customer Service for 2 days now and it just keeps ringing for almost 10 minutes then says, "all our agents are on the phone with customers blah blah". Anyway, since I can't contact Customer Service, I'll just post my concerns here. I opted in for IOU because and had to opt in to a daily data plan because it was urgent, for the first few minutes it was a success then both IOU and data disappeared. When I checked my actual balance, there was no IOU balance or Data. Tried opting in to IOU again but it said I had already opted for it and I can't even use the Internet services because there was no Internet data. So where the hell did this go??
