Never get a loan with these people. Had autopay running for years and suddenly it decides to stop without us knowing. No call. Just a letter saying my credit score is dinged and a late payment. Lost 100+ on my credit score for their mistake. Refinancing asap. Terrible terrible terrible company.

I received my first auto loan statement a month after I purchased my truck and four days after it was due. So i went online to pay it and the website they provided sent me to an advertising site, so I googled the bank name and went to the website, then finally found the loan payment section. I clicked the loan payment button and entered my loan number and it said it wasn't registered to the site. Finally I wrote a brief explanation to the customer services department explaining the situation only to have it rejected because i used to many letters in the text. I would love to meet the monkey who runs this place.
