He is always available to answer my questions, is very patient, and able to make suggestions that have increased my search engine rankings and driven business my way. They have completely assisted my company at enhancing my online presence for my business. The entire process from start to finish was excellent! I couldn't be any happier with how much business I am getting!

Guys are scammers they lie about who they work for, saying you business information needs to be updated. I was told by HENRY DEAN ROJAS that he was a a google local representative and was going to update my information. They also told me they needed my email address (if you work for google, you know my email address) After spending 20 minutes on the phone they transferred me to ANDREW GILBY the apparent owner of the company to tell me that I needed to pay a one time fee of $300.00 to have my business information updated ( why if you work for google do you charge to do this?) They also said that it would include lifetime servicing and apple maps, (I didn't know google and Apple were now working together). After another 10 minutes on the phone I told them I wasn't sure if I wanted to do it, in which ANDREW essentially tried talking me into making the payment. So after all this was done I googled their number to find out it was VMS DATA not a google number or representative. I then went on to write a review I which I stated they were nothing but scammers and I'm going to do my best to have them shut down. After this I got to looking around at other reviews only to find out that most of their reviews come from employees or friends of the employees and aren't actual reviews of the business. I clicked on a review written by HENRY DEAN ROJAS to see that he had written a comment and screen shot the conversation that I had in the reviews and Called me a douche ( I guess because I didn't buy into the scam). So I filed a report with the FCC and forwarded them my information along with the recording of the phone call (as all of my business lines are recorded). I commented below on the post about me being a douche and informed them of this, now HENRY DEAN ROJAS has gone onto my business listing on google and given me 1 star out of spite. This is the type of person/and people you guys are potentially going to trust with your business, and credit card information.

VMS Data uses a very wise/tricky sales tactic. Once they get you on the phone they friend you and acted as if they already worked for our company. After 10 minutes of talking and laughing etc, they transfer you to someone else who processed to do the same thing. During this time they already have asked you all the questions and have you completely set up and ready to be done. You ve now spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with them. Then they hit you with, ok lets get the payment info and bam, your $500 in the whole. They are very cleaver and sneaky. It truly is great sales tactics on their end. You decide to sign up at this point believing how much they can help you. Then they tell you they will send you an email, in this email you must give them the rights to your current listing for them to be able to do their work. I never received the email so I asked them about it. They said it was sent and could not be resent. I said I didn t get. They said I had to find it or else they couldn t help me. At that point I asked for a refund and was given a call by a woman. She said there is no way to be given a refund but could help me with it all. At this point I know longer trust them and just wanted a refund. This turned into a yelling match and I said I will just have to dispute the charge from them on my credit card. She told me I d never get it reversed. (must have practice at this) I called our credit card company and filed a dispute. After some time I got a response from the credit card saying they are unable to reverse the charge due to evidence VMS sent claiming they did the work for me. They sent screen shots of our current listings with Google, Yelp, and Bing claiming that they completed that work. This is incorrect. Those listings had been completed in house with our business. Not by VMS. I again reached out to them and told them it was lies and I needed a refund before writing reviews with how they have acted. I was then given an email stating they would still do the work for me if I would allow them however they will not refund my money. They also stated that if I write any bad reviews about them they will sue me for slander and any other harmful actions I take against them. Because I am speaking the true I am not afraid of their threats and therefor writing this review. I do not want others to be taken advantage of they way we have.

As a new client of VMS Data, I am very pleased to be getting results within 1 week. My new website built by VMS Data is off and running utilizing the SEO being conducted by VMS Data. Three Phone calls in one day from Google search started within days of the SEO. My small local HVAC company has never had better results.

This company used intimidation trying to tell me that my listing would be suspended and taken off of Google if I didn't pay a one time few of $200.00 . Please be careful when dealing with this company.

I hired a VMS are year ago to clean up all the listings I had of my business online. Also had the wrong phone number listed on my account By a different advertiser who was upset because I stop advertising with them. VMS was very fair and priced reasonably. They got my Google listing up and running in no time. Anytime I have a problem with my listing I get immediate solutions. The staff at Vms are professional and definitely have my vote of confidence.
