Vmoksha Technologies Review

Very unprofessional company. No Career and poisonous environment.

They wont tell anything about original certificates submission in telephone call if you go to office for interview then you came to know terms and conditions

A great organization to build your career, gets to learn different technologies,to develop your skill sets and work with senior management and colleagues who are very much motivating.

worked over 2 years in this company .Not a good company , no good projects , your career will go only doing POC projects, no stability .lowest salary in market , NO LAST MONTH SALARY and NO full and final settlement paid while leaving . just you can learn things.
not a single employee is happy with the company all are working just because they have signed bond.
I will not recommend any one to join here.
Moreover do not believe in paid reviews in glassdoor or any other website .
and false list of clients given in company's website .
And now THEY HAVE FIRED WHOLE MOBILITY TEAM. Hiring and firing is very common thing here.
And I will suggest don't join this company.

Vmoksha is a good place to start a career into IT. It can be IT Infrastructure or Development. Vmoksha provides freedom to research and work on new technologies and all platforms. Overall its a good environment for freshers.

Vmoksha Technologies is one of the best companies in terms of learning curve for a fresher. I have been working here from 1.5 years and there is so much to learn. The managers are very helpful and have a deep understanding of projects. Also, most of the projects are US based which gives a global level experience.

This company exist for more than ten years. Good place to work. Freshers & experienced peopel can learn more things here.

Very poor company i completed all rounds of interviews and they said that one management employee will call for further joining details. i did not get any call from there side and after one week i contacted them as a followup, At that time vimoksha's response was very un professional. They said that they don't have any vacancies at present.... very poor..

Waiting time is ok..but fresher's don't keep eye on this company as they prefer experienced candidates only

No proper information on the website. I was called for an interview n later they said they prefer male candidates

Visit one time as a banker but not able to get any response!!! They thought something will wrong happen if any details shared!!!

Honestly speaking, when i read these reviews i was really scared at first but this company has given me so many opportunities to grow as a professional ( *emphasis on - like no other company). I am really grateful To have been working here... Best thing is that company is always ready to invest on people that are ready to learn .. and never backs out while appreciating in terms of employee benefits.

I had been for interview at last week, very professional management, every round was straight and clear.

Dont ever join this company. the worst in the market . more than 70 employees have been already quit recently. this company will get closed down very soon. only 1 or 2 client are continuing business due to compulsion. CEO, VP every body quit this company. from beginning it is run by maniac who operates from behind .

Unprofessional people. Called for interview made me wait for 1 hr and then asked to leave as interviewing panne was not there.
This happened 2 times.

I have been working here from last 1 year. The best thing about this company is that the management understands employees at all levels. I am really happy to say that since I have joined here. I never feel burdened to come to office ...love the flexibility at work. And just love the transperancy in the heirarchy. Would love to refer my friends anytime!

Very Bad Company . Freshers beware of Bond contract . Its a trap to extort money from you.

They calls the candidates for joining after they reach there they ask for Submission of orignal certificates with them for two years they even ask for signing the Bond for 1...2 years. Visit them only if u want to waste ur time.

There is no growth for the past 15 yrs this company. Many projects are incomplete and changing architecture multiple times. No proper communication with CEO Senthil and VP Poulami. Experienced people please don't join. She didn't bring any US clients so far. Keeping these NRIs is total waste.
Poulami knows only Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Her salary is reduced by management then she left this job.Experienced people please don't join.

Also celebrates Birthdays and other events which invokes a sense of connection among the employees.

I am working from past 4 years in this company and this is an amazing company with amazing benefits. The salary is credited 2 in advance without any delays. I found the employees to be very friendly and supportive. Overall excellent company to work in.

The company provides amazing flexibility in work hours and the number of different projects we work on is limitless. The higher management is very supportive too. I have been working in Vmoksha Technologies for more than 2 years as an analyst.

I was asked to surrender original documents for a year and had to pay 90k at the time of leaving to get my documents and for breaking the bond. The companies can cannot withhold documents just like that.

Worked for over 2.5 years and they didn't make my final settlement even after 5 years of leaving their service..ignored my mails and calls..no good projects but kind of ok ok for freshers only..once agreement period is over take your bond amount and move but don't expect the last month salary..TIP: resign on 1st of the month, in case you resign in mid then they will not give 1 and half month salary..

I have been in this company. Trust me I have not seen or heard such employees who have posted here positive feedback about this company. These are all fake paid reviews. Don t believe. They have separate cell inside the company who does all these fake positive reviews. Fact of the matter is the company is highly unprofessional. No final settlements will be given. Relieving letters also not given for most of the employees. The company is operated by nri who violates all norms of the laws. And indulging in serious violations of laws. The company is in very bad shape now. Almost all senior employees including ceo, vp s, department heads have been already quit the company due to continued harassment from owner.

very bad company for experienced people . If they have no project they will simply say your performance is not good or you are taking so much leaves and tell employee to put down the paper. after putting down paper they will behave like they don't care, even for releasing letter they will tell after 1 month or 2 month they will give. This worst company don't know the difference between experience letter and relieving letter. If You will get sick and You took leave then they will tell you can't take 2 days continues leave in probation period and they will call you to put down paper. i am giving 1 star because its mandatory to post review otherwise - 5 i will give

Company is great. And, my team is super cool here so I enjoy working here.

Start-up company works and trains on latest technologies, have to clear 3 rounds to get a job, written test consist of aptitude, reasoning and general awareness, 1 week time for preparation of provided materials and have to attend technical interview, if selected have to clear HR round after a small project submission. Process takes around 2-3 weeks. With min 2 years bond.
