Very friendly. It was the end of the business day for them. We were lost, and yet they helped us. They are an advertising company with a great location. Lots of parking available with handicap accessibility. Very easy to find. It's visible from the street. A very nice complex. We met a very nice young man and a very personable lady. They were generous with their time and information. By the way owner or employee? They did some research for which we are grateful. We appreciate your time. I can only imagine the customer service. VML should I ever need any advertising done for my company....truly I will be back!
