I had a lovely, pleasant stay at Vivatel Kuala Lumpar. All staff are friendly and welcoming. However, Qayyum, Sofi and George, have exceptional customer service. They helped w/taxi s and recommend places to go.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. House keeping is available until 2100. Room service is available until 0400 or 0500AM. Room come equipped w/dressing robes and slipper, complimentary tea and coffee, shower, shampoo, cream, toothbrush and paste, shaving razor and cotton buds.The shower is amazing. However, view from the room was poor & showed residential houses and shops, not in the greatest conditions. There is an outdoor pool which is refreshing and not too deep. There is a spa which is available at an additional cost, but only for men. Women can get a full body or foot massage. I personally didn t liked the full body massage (too painful) however, my sister loved it.

Our room was bed and breakfast. At breakfast very was a wide variety of different foods even rice and pasta dishes and drinks available. So loads of choice.

Hotel location is roughly 1 hour from the airport. But around 15 minute from main attractions like KL towers, Batu Caves & even the massive Lotto10 shopping mall. Next door to the hotel is a small shopping centre which has quite a few restaurants, starbucks, subway and homeware stores. Wasabi was an extremely good restaurant. There are also local shops nearby.
