As a Vivare tenant, I can confirm the bad reviews. Vivare is like a seedy slum landlord, a seedy slum landlord who has built an organization around it.
State of maintenance is very poor and at the request of the tenant something is sporadically done about it. The general condition of the houses is poor, resulting in drafty houses and extreme energy bills.
Not to mention sustainability.
Randomness is also the order of the day. One tenant gets a renovated house and the other a shack, there seems to be no policy.
Still, I would like to conclude this review positively, because there is something Vivare can do well and that is: Collecting rent.
Absolutely horrible. I was paying with two accounts and pretended that I didn't pay them for eight months even after receiving the money in their bank account. They redirected me to an incasso company that was sending me messages in dutch and when I would talk to them in English they would not respond. I SENT THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT AND DID NOT TAKE IT INTO ACCOUNT. THEY KEPT ACCUSING ME OF NOT PAYING THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO NEVER CHOOSE TO LIVE IN A VIVARE HOUSE! They are thieves and absolutely bad service and communication. If there was a minus star rating I would give them that.
When there were still separate offices such as in Velp, someone was on the phone within 3 minutes and you were helped within 2 days
Nowadays you have to send 3 messages with a repair request because 1 and 2 will not respond within 1 week.
Calling = waiting at least 45 minutes. The operator even calls this normal.
Repair = wait at least 7 days, even if necessary.
Apparently normal for Vivare
Really bad service for years and bad mechanics who don't even know what they are doing .. What an amateurs say .. Worthless .. As a woman I can do it even better while I am not a mechanic
Received a smoke detector via electricity via Vivare. And it turns out that the whole caravan camp is filming and eavesdropping on me. According to Vivare, this is not possible.
