Had an oil change and recall for my 2018 F150 3.0 Diesel truck . What a great place in central Florida. 25 miles from my home, but worth the time and money to pass the other ford dealerships and take my truck to Chuck in service. He's a great guy, and goes above and beyond to please his customer. I see promotion in his near future, asset to Ford.

My 80 year old mother bought a car from this dealership. The passenger front door had a part break which didn't allow her to close the door. As you could imagine this is a dangerous situation for anyone not to mention an 80 year old woman. She was able to use a bungee cord to hold the door from flying all the way open while she drove it to the dealership (where she bought the car). This identified part was a recalled part. She was informed that they didn't have the part and there was nothing they could do to help her (no loaner, no follow appt., nothing). They simply let an 80 dealership customer drive off the lot with a door that wouldn't close with no recourse. I called very upset and asked to speak with the general manager. I was told I would receive a call. Needless to say, it's been a week and nothing from this dealership. I'm not sure how they would define customer service or loyalty but I'm quite certain it would be differently from me. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
Mullinax is the only car dealership I have ever been to that was an honest and fair experience! Have bought from them, and traded in to them, twice now with no surprises, no awful tactics. Such a refreshing change from usual!
This was my first car buying experience so I was full of emotion and doubt. Ask for Mr. John Serrage. He and his team provided outstanding, no nonsense service. And they made it swift too. Super helpful, answered all questions, and was honest. Would definitely recommend because there are no extra dealer fees.
Second excellent trip to Mullinax Ford in Apopka. I was treated fairly & professionally by my service tech (Patrick Turner). And, because I was returning for an issue that was similar (yet different) to my previous visit, I was not charged another diagnostic fee.
My only complaint - Guys how about spending a few more dollars for a better brand of coffee??
