Its an oasis in the middle of the city.

The check-in was great. Acrylic seperators, everybody wearing gloves & masks made you feel safe. I was delighted with their stash lots of take-away disposable masks....

The staff is warm & friendly. Their breakfast menu while repetitive ( over 3 days) was good. They made decent waffles too :).

The room had a window across an entire wall. Awesome city views.

Staff isn't well informed about their own epicure membership program.

Even their service and food is pretty lousy and lethargic

Best hotel to visit .. tbh the place serves good ..

Not up to the expectations from Taj. Entry is tough and staff is inconspicuous. Wide open spaces but room interiors are very pedestrian quality. Bar is claustrophobic and stocked poorly. Staff is noticeable by absence and aloofness. Seems plasticized everywhere. Perhaps Made for rough and tough travellers, not people with sensitive mindset. Small TV in room, rickety joints.

Quantity of food for in room dining were way too much and in no possible way one could finish it. At the end of day it becomes waste and it's a guilty feeling....our stay was pleasant enjoyable in all aspects...

Nothing beats its hospitality and its feel.
Stayed on a business trip and it feels like home.
Well appointed rooms, courteous staff, good food and great ambiance. Taj has a way to deal with its guests you are really made to feel home. Good comfortable stay and this property is located very close to the Peenya Industrial area make commute short and convenient and well connected to airport with outer ring road.
A preferred place to stay when visiting Bangalore
