Slightly old property but Taj service and standards

One of the best hotels in India for a reason. Absolute luxury.

Hospitality at its best...centrally located, well appointed rooms, excellent service, delicious food, all value for money.

All night cafe has one of the best keema pavs and biryanis in Pune!

Food is excellent, service was good and attitude of house keeping team was fantastic

The ambience is very good. Sound of water everywhere soothes you. Food is very tasty. Hospitality given by staff is appreciable.

Not great ambience. The service wasn't really great with some quarrels within the working people.

Recently, we had an opportunity to have a Sunday brunch at Latitude restaurant of Taj by Vivanta Blue Diamond, Koregaon Park Pune. Ambience was really calm and relaxing. Food taste & quality are excellent and with multiple options. The staff has been very helpful. The place seemed to get a little crowded as lunch time approached. Perhaps a sign of good patronage the hotel enjoys. But probably it indicates the need for expansion to ensure that future patrons get same great experience.

The place is extremely elegant and the food is fantastic. Though it has a valet parking, exiting the hotel premises is quite though given that it's right on the main road

The property seems to have been renovated by Taj group and have done a good job. Staff is pretty courteous and helpful and almost always takes care of your needs. Food is decent too. Good to organize small functions. Not a big property to host big gathering.

These stars are not for the comfort or food. I give 5 rating for excellent front office staff.. especially Ruchi and Aabid. After a long road trip from Delhi, all i wanted was my room and we had some check in problems. They both quickly sorted for us and it was great to hear them say first provide the room; and we can sort the concern later . I was already feeling relaxed and conforted. Attitude matters! Thanks Taj Vivanta Blue Diamond. Cheers...

As the benchmark of Tata, this hotel provides the Class one service. You cant get typical Spicy Indian food over here. But there are varieties of Western foods served here.

Food was not so much tasty, starters like pani Puri was amazing, spring roll was so good.....I liked dal n nan but not other dishes being a vegetarian....Can't say about nonveg...
