They refuse derive for a passport... Is this legal?
BDubs does not exactly serve my favorite foods but I always know what I'm getting myself into when I visit the chain. Once I step through those doors, I could be anywhere in the country and still receive a similar service and presentation of the cuisine. At this particular restaurant, however, I have always received prompt service and have been attended to the best of any location. My most recent excursion here was with 14 other people and I was expecting a wait of upwards of 45 minutes which I feel is usual for such a large party. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to have our food out for all of us in less than 15 minutes. I was astounded and praise the staff. 4/5 stars: service is top notch but it is just bar food.
Very good food and service but was a little disappointed that they had no games.
Order through DOORDASH and had the wrong order sent to me. When I called this particular restaurant the girl said that they knew they had sent the wrong order and were waiting for ME to call instead of being proactive and try to do something to get my order to me. They expected me to sort everything out with door dash because of their mistake. Tried to fix things through doordash and they were equally ineffective. Terrible experience all around.
Waited for someone to help me take my to-go order for 5 minutes with the workers talking to each other in the back, needless to say I left rather than have to put up with such horrible service.

Take my 1 star away. There is no reason on earth to speak to customers the way managers do here! For a charity, one does NOT state that "we are taking money from BDubs and we don't need your business. We are doing fine" How that table didn't fly off the handle I have no idea. If you want a good cry...Go here. Never. Ever. Again.

Efficient, polite, professional, and the food was worth my 15 min wait.
Love the Thai curry sauce that they have for their wings! I go there just to buy a bottle of that sauce and use it at home. Also, the place to watch soccer since there's so many TVs.

Not up to the normal BW3 standard. Prices are expensive and make sure you count your wings.

So says they are open til 2. Got there at 1:31 and they said we couldn't be seated. They stop seating at 1:30! Honestly?! That's just crap! Will never drive up here again! Maybe they should say they close at 1:30 if they can't seat anyone after that! Just Crap!
I really love you guys, but your food has become so overpriced. Especially on a campus where you can get good wings for a cheap price. Sorry.

Ordered carryout, took too long. They didn't open the boxes for us to make sure our order was correct. So we did not get the sauces we ordered. The boxes were already soggy when we got them.
The staff was quite cold and the food bland. Felt like going to a McDonald's rather than a sit down restaurant. Not exactly an unpleasant dinning experience but still disappointing.
Okay, so I ve never left a review like this before.. but here goes. Tonight I went on a date at this particular bdubs & things didn t go as planned. The guy I had met there wasn t all the friendly & made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After the guy had left, I stayed at the bar to finish my drink. I was afraid to walk to my car alone, because of how the date went. The bartender, Zach, offered to walk me to my car. I know this may not seem like a big deal.. but as a woman, it is. Thank you for being a good person & going out of your way to help someone. For that, this will always be my go to place.
Awesome place!! The crowd was fun and the food was great, will definitely be back. Can't remember my servers name but he did a good job helping me pick out the perfect drink.

Took for ever to get waited on. Took even longer to get food. And the order was wrong when it did arrive. Plus the fries my wife ordered were cold. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the rest of the order tasted good.
I like this BWW. It's pretty nice in terms of food. The price point is also reasonable.
My husband and I have been celebrating BWW's 45 cent wings on Tuesdays for just over a year and we thought we'd try this downtown location. We called ahead like we usually do and we asked for extra sauce. When we were given the wings, there was just barely the remnants of sauce on them. We asked for extra sauce, standing there, staring at the sauceless wings, and the young lady at the counter grudgingly said she'd try to see if we could get some. There were no other people in line behind us...it would seem like she was having a tough night and taking it out on us. She came back and told us that it would cost 60 cents per order since it was Tuesday and the wings were on special. We have never been charged for it before on Tuesdays and although we tried to explain this to her, she seemed indifferent and unwilling to help us get what we wanted. Five minutes after she whisked our wings away to the kitchen, we received our wings back with two small cups of sauce. The sauce was not on the wings as we had asked, but rather given to us in the condiment cups such as the ranch is given. We were floored and quite upset. The sauce just doesn't taste the same if it isn't served on the wings. We will never go to this location again.

This place is great for some wings and beer, it is near the university area so on weekends and Fridays it is crowded. I have waited for 20 mins average in my visits. If looking for a good sports bar this is a good option.
This is a great location to go to for game day. Service is good, and the staff is friendly. Plan ahead especially for a home game.
Classic bdubs, food is decent but a little over priced. Right on the corner so tough to find a place to park your better off walking.

Bdubs in general is fantastic. But this particular location seems to never be able to apply dry seasoning to their wings properly. If you order a dry seasoning on wings here, 9/10 times it is in the corner of the box and not on the wings. No other location I've found has this problem.
When they get busy, ordering takeout can be a nightmare but other than that they're usually on point.
I recently visited this location with my family for move in day, and i have to say the management at this location is unbearably incompetent. I noticed a short woman who appeared to be wearing a managers uniform using vulgar language with her bartender and multiple employees. The employees that she wasnt sharing in vulgar language with, she was completely ingoring. i noticed multiple times a server ask for assistance, and she completly disregared the employee, mind you this was move in day, so it was a stressful environment, and to just compeltly disregard the assistance her employee is ubsurd! I also noticed that employees that had been hanging around her had not been working as productivly as those of whom were not. if this is how this establishment usually operates, you can best bet the next time i'm in columbus i'm going to Champs.

Service was horrible, couldn't get anyone to wait on us husband had to go downstairs just to get a beer. Waited an hour and a half on wings and they were cold. Ordered Margaritas, said they had no clean glasses and put them in Pepsi glasses. Worst service ever at a BW3.
Besides the long wait on busy days, BWWs is great for those late night cravings! Plus online ordering is a great advantage :)
Standard. Didn't disappoint. Campus atmosphere here is always nice.
I have visited several BWW, but this one is best owing to its location. They have bar counter, dine in and as well open area which lets you sit in open air and just enjoy your food and beverage. They are little busy as they are located close to OSU.
I have loved BW3 since the early 90's, but I am done with them. The quality has gone downhill the last couple of times I have eaten there. I wait a month or so and give it another chance. There was so much pepper on the chips with cheese you couldn't even taste them. The wings were tasteless and undercooked. Absolute waste of a bunch of money.
