I have been a member for a while. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a member as the instructors are professional and treat you well. I have recently started personal training and have benefited tremendously from it. A special thanks to Joana for her personal interest in me and helping me reach my goals step by step. All the trainers are super nice, they have different classes and they can adpat the exercice to your needs or capacity.
You can go to as many classes as you want, and choose to do machines, normal exercices or both.

All the staff is every friendly and the classes are fun and enjoyable.

Very good Gym-Ladies friendly-Certified trainers and very kind ,supportive and professional staff. It enhances mental and physical health and activity. They train groups with the same way as personal trainer as they concentrate on every participant and advise everyone according to her own level and limitations. It is highly recommended for those women who are looking for a real body and even life change .
