I have recently started personal training and have benefited tremendously from it. A special thanks to Joana for her personal interest in me and helping me reach my goals step by step. All the trainers are super nice, they have different classes and they can adpat the exercice to your needs or capacity. You can go to as many classes as you want, and choose to do machines, normal exercices or both.
All the staff is every friendly and the classes are fun and enjoyable.

They train groups with the same way as personal trainer as they concentrate on every participant and advise everyone according to her own level and limitations.
