If you are looking for recreation is wrong in this hotel! Everything was very loud from morning to night party. Otherwise mega beach. Crystal clear water. Nice bungalows. Clean!. Eat a lot of choice and tasted top. As an Italian you will be treated prefer that was a pity.

I expected better !!!! Room I would give them a 0 ,,, eat discrete ,,, bad animation ,,, only decent thing and the sea and the very welcoming staff ,,,, x the rest will not come back !!!! It could be better!!!!!

The service of the bars and the attention to the client is terrible. They do not resolve and there is always something missing in the bars apart from not treating us nicely when something is asked to drink. I do not recommend it or go back any more. We continue in the hotel and still do not resolve the bad stay.

The hotel is great located at the Dominicus beach. We enjoyed a bungalow with see view and Diasmira Avila took great care of us. The bungalow was always very clean. Diasmira did each day beautiful decoration with towels and flowers!

I am Argentinian and I was there 3 days ago and we had a great time, we were treated to wonders, especially Diosis, an idola and the Rabiosa in the night show, in the theater of Vivas, a luxury, thank you Dominicus !!!

Magnificent resort like all the landscapes that surround it, many sports activities, and a great variety of restaurants and kitchens !!! All the staff speak the Italian language !!!!

Beautiful sea, large and typically tropical beach with very fine white sand, coconut palms and dense vegetation. The animation is very active, the houses are decent and there is any kind of fun. The all-inclusive formula allows you to drink and eat at any time of day. The quality of the food is fair both at the buffet and in the restaurants. Good value for money

Practically a village in a tropical garden and the Caribbean sea

I was there from oct 10 to oct 15 2015 When I got there it was an easy check in .. got to my room found out it was super small. Went to ask for an upgrade and was told nothing else was available. Had to ask to borrow an iron . That should be standard in everyroom. No mini fridge either in a standard room . Viva wyndham in bahamas had all this included. The food was ok not the greatest nor a wide selection either . The restaurant where reservations are necessary ...the food is ok but very little . They cater to Europeans . Shouldn't we all get the same treatment ??in order to get a decent drink and not have to wait I had to constantly tip the bar tenders... Europeans treat the staff there like garbage and that's not nice these Europeans are so rude and think they are better then anyone else
Staff mostly speaks Spanish and french or Italian very little English . Place was clean and the beach very enjoyable. If they can treat me as good as they do Europeans they maybe I'll go back.

An all-inclusive resort near La Romana and under a three-hour drive from Santo Domingo. Almost all of trip is on modern well-maintained highways but watch the road signs which are often poorly placed.

The food is all you can eat and has a large variety. While not gourmet, it's good. There are three restaurants with better quality food but HINT- make reservations as soon as possible, seating is limited.

There is a large pool for swimming and a smaller children's one for kids who don't use diapers. Both close in the early evening.

My main complaint is that finding your room after a day at the beach or pool can be challinging for those of us (me) who often get lost as they're a lot of identical-looking buildings.

The rooms are comfortable, but not palcial and the daily cost is moderate.

A great family-oriented place of above average wuality

Maybe the expectations were high, but I noticed poor care and makeshift maintenance in all areas that are not considered "common": rusty door hinges, countertop of the bathroom that drips water, stained mirrors, rough repairs.
Maybe it's a problem related to the rooms intended for our tour operator (others have confirmed it to me) but from a 4-star village I expect more! Then there are the positives: nice beach, fantastic staff, good restaurant for the type of structure and well-kept common areas, but as I said before I expected it.

It is a cozy place with good beaches for all tastes. Clean rooms and good food. Criticism is the way of dealing with certain employees who seem to forget their function. The specific case are 3 specific events. 2 originated in the change of beach towels: as all the Caribbean is common sudden and intense rain and when trying to change the towel because it was wet the employee refuses to argue that with rain did not change and days later the same thing happened the other employee "challenges" me? Because the towel was wet and it warns me that it could not be more, on both occasions the rain was over and the towels were under straw umbrellas. The 3rd event is in the cafeteria of La Placita bar, I finish dinner and I will have a coffee with my husband he asks for his and he retires, at the time of asking for mine the employee tells me that I should have asked for it together with my husband's. Tourist village, where you can rest or have fun from morning to evening. 5 restaurants, two self service, lovely place, ideal temperature in November and January. Friendly staff, bungalows a little dated, but well kept and characteristic. New buildings, with larger rooms, but personally I prefer the more spartan bungalows, but closer to the center of entertainment.

A hotel for its price is good. The rooms are very comfortable
