I absolutely loved Viva Nissan the customer service was amazing!! Alex and Angel were so respectful and helpful.
They were not rude like Charlie Clark Nissan and they were able to get me reasonable rates! I definitely recommend them!!

Had a great time at viva Nissan! Was welcomed right away by andrew and he was outstanding in helping us find one someone very quickly to get someone to help me find a car. Gilbert was the man that helped me and he was amazing as well as he told me some ideas and recommendations on some cars, went to look at some and in an instant was able to help me find the right car for me ! I highly recommend in having him help you with what you need when you go to Nissan! was able to drive off in my new car the day I bought, Gilbert was always helpful in any questions you have and him and finance were outstanding in helping me get the right price for everything ! I can t thank them enough for helping me find my first car !

Went in on a whim on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Was having bad luck with car deals for almost 5 days straight. Met up with this great guy Gilbert. No pressure was very easy to talk to. Got his contact information. Came in today which was two days later. No BS games, was straight up with me and got me into a new SUV which I thought would be impossible. All staff members were friendly and he got me in and out. Even with not so good credit everything worked out. If your looking for something and credit is bad they still work with you. Ask for Gilbert if you go. Prior military like me and really easy going guy who doesn t pressure you!

This has been the first dealership ever where I encountered a salesman that cares about you rather than pressure you into purchasing a vehicle , huge thank you to Mr. Steven S. Who gave me the best service and best payments in years !

Bad bad bad service, mechanic knowledge, they could not find why??? my Nissan Frontier was overheating for 5 years. I hardly drove the truck because it would over heat. After $10,000 spent there to include a new engine YES a new Engine installed by them. General Manager never ever answered our calls. Service managers clueless. Well now my Truack has a blown engine beacause it was never torqueed to specks when installed, and all water got in to engine. See picks!

Alejandro Sanchez was very attentive and respectful! He helped my family purchased their dream vehicle. I definitely will be coming back to purchase again with him!

The employees were polite, but the customer service was poor. The lack of communication between my salesman and I, the customer, was disappointing. I kept having to ask the same questions just to finally get an answer. The final total price of my vehicle was not communicated to me through him. He tried his best, but I ve had better experiences at other dealerships.

When we purchased our vehicles everyone was so nice. After the purchase, we aren't so important anymore. My husband has not received his coupon book that he was told he would receive in the mail. One of his keys doesn't work. They expect you to leave your vehicle all day to correct a key issue. I left a message for Jesse at the service department never received a call back was told the service department was open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday when I get there they tell me they can't take care of my sensor issue and that I have to make an appointment. If I had received a call back then I would have been told I needed an appointment and made one instead of going in on Saturday for absolutely nothing.

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Viva Nissan. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specific I would like to high praise my salesman Steven, not only he was extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also professional. * He got me into a vehicle with Zero down and very low monthly payments. Thank you for your patience and staying late to wrap the deal up

The service department person, Jessie is a great person that shows experience, knowledge and professional aspects when he helped me with my 2000 Nissan Frontier. He kept me on tap while my vehicle was there. Great service department.
