When we purchased our vehicles everyone was so nice. After the purchase, we aren't so important anymore. My husband has not received his coupon book that he was told he would receive in the mail. One of his keys doesn't work. They expect you to leave your vehicle all day to correct a key issue. I left a message for Jesse at the service department never received a call back was told the service department was open 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday when I get there they tell me they can't take care of my sensor issue and that I have to make an appointment. If I had received a call back then I would have been told I needed an appointment and made one instead of going in on Saturday for absolutely nothing.
