Staff does not treat their customer respectfully and are incompetent and arrogant.

Awful service I have been waiting since November for supplies for CPAP machine, needed to find someone better in my area,and found out,Walmart, CVs, Walgreens have the supplies as well.

Great customer service, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about products and insurance. So happy I found them!

They've always had what I've needed and were fast and efficient when I got to the store to pick the items up.

Keep giving me outdated oxygen concentrators that beep or alarm within days of delivery. Even tried to tell this "old lady" it was my smoke alarm. Last machine delivered was already operating with amber light. They seem incapable of supplying adequate concentrators that deliver a constant 4LPM. Presently I'm struggling along on slightly less that 3LPM unless I use the aux. tanks..... which they give try to charge $28 to fill and claim medicare doesn't approve it. The way I read it yes, medicare does cover it. Also the witch that answers the phone is rude and insulting. I try to call when she is not there because you get no where with her. I wouldn't even give them one star.

They charge $50 to have your CPAP measurements taken. $50 for a half hour!

No support or assistance!

Rude and rigid billing staff. Useless after hours technical support. They might as well not have anyone answer technical support if all they are going to say is "we will call you in the morning, you might have to bring your CPAP in".

stay away from this company they are abusive and dont give your credit card they are all about money and they wont help you file if you are fully cover by medicare and a secondary insurance. They threatened my 75 year old mother to take away her oxygen if she didnt give her credit card they dont like what they get for payment from insurance so they bill for a moth then start billing your elderly parents credit card behind their back

My insurance company had changed the member ID. Med-Caire staff didn't bother to check with my insurance before ordering & delivering the CPAP supplies. Billing staff inflexible, very impolite and not willing to help by re-submitting the claim. Want me to pay $ 250 from my pocket.
