VIVA ARTS Review

I think you should be aware of the language that your employee is using. I don't know how many people the shop worker has offended, but I found it so offensive that I don't want to go into that part of the Viva Charity shop again.
I personally feel they have no place interacting with the public when they lack the most basic sense of propriety and kindness especially when comes to children. It is so surprising that you people are working for the so-called " CHARITY shop yet I don't see any moral value the workers have including the Supervisor named "SUE COLLINS" with the glasses and another Supervisor named "HILARY OWENS" with a short hair pre-assuming her assistant. The 2 ladies that I'm talking about always stays behind compared to others doing things like washing sorting stuff upon arrival of items. Few cashiers are a good attitude but not all. I have experienced such rude treatment from few of your workers that I refuse to tolerate it any longer in the future. Even at one point in time, I was out of cash and I picked a few clothes to reserve and to come another day but the cashier went behind to ask the Supervisor name "SUE COLLINS" so rudely claimed no reserve. I remembered I had done this before and why suddenly no??? Just because my child was playing and mess with the toys. Is this the response I get? Being a regular customer who gives profit to the shop, they should learn to follow a proper work ethic or otherwise, they aren't fit to work in a place like CHARITY, VOLUNTARY.... OR A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION....!!!! Before hiring volunteer, you must make sure they're fit to work with a kindness because is a CHARITY shop. Anyways with this kind of attitude, I seriously think it will give a bad image on your organization.

There is a charity shop by the big black door, It is open weekdays & saturday.
The volunteers who work hard there are friendly & you can always find something interesting for a bargain.

Horrible. If can please try to avoid. Opt for other shop.

I have now attended eight viva shows ,and can honestly say I have not been disappointed with any of them .They have all been performed to a very high standard . I have particularly enjoyed the Musicals ,and actually came to see Sweeney Todd twice .Recently I saw the old Woman in the van ,which was performed brilliantly ,Abigail's Party was also a play I enjoyed .I look forward to attending the next Season of productions . Well done everyone .
