Excellent Lavender essential oil for diffusers.

The Argan oil is fantastic for dry skin. It doesn't take much at all and it absolutely moisturizes dry skin.

I love their formulas! Anxiet- Ease is my favorite!

I have had the pleasure of working with Vitality Works for the last five years. Their office staff and management are a joy to work with. I have also been using many of their herbal medicines and supplements and am confident that I am using the highest quality and most efficacious products on the market! It is so gratifying to be able to do business with a company that makes such wonderful products and impacts the health of their customers on a daily basis. I am giving this company ONE STAR!!! (Only because I had no other choice!) Recently, Dragon River Herbals merged with this company. In our practice, we carried Dragon River Herbals' Cilantro for about ten years, prescribing it to our patients and watching as it almost magically helped them. For YEARS this was one of our most important products. Not anymore.
Since merging with vitality works, they have changed the amount of yellow-dock in the product from 10mg to 17mg. (Information they failed to include while lying to us and telling us they had the "same great product" and it hadn't changed.) The product no longer tests well with our patients because of this and we have decided to drop the product. This wouldn't be such a big deal, if Vitality Works had the ability to be professional about the situation. I am telling you now folks, I am not just an unhappy customer who did not get their way. We ran out of the product and tried for about two months to get the product back in stock. We called Vitality Works multiple times, they would either take a message and never call us back, or lie to us and tell us they had shipped the product. (Also, we had already paid for the product... the product we did NOT HAVE!) When we finally (two months later) received the product. It was completely different from what we thought we had ordered, and now they refuse to refund us and take the product back. Well that is just fine; when you own a business, sometimes you have to bite the bullet. I will however recommend to any and all people NEVER TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I can guarantee you that you will find a far better product elsewhere without the hassle and without being lied to. If you are an NRT practitioner, and you find that you are having the same issue with this HORRIBLE company, you can try Terra Firma Botanicals. This is the company we have switched to and their products are FANTASTIC! I hope this review helps you to make an educated decision about whether or not to deal with this company. I have to go now and call the better business bureau to complain. I am completely DISGUSTED!

I ve been using Vitality Works products for over five years. My favorite is Inflacalm it is a life-saver at time! But also feel the benefits of Adrenal Rx and Reishi. I appreciate the choice of liquid, powder or veggie cap. The essential oils are also high quality and very competitively priced. All my interactions with customer service have been positive. The staff is consistently friendly, professional and efficient. The same goes for the educator and the managers I have interacted with. I have a lot of respect for Vitality Works for its products and as a company.

A fine company with great quality control and very customer oriented service

We have been lucky enough to work with Vitality Works and their wonderful employees for over 8 years. They take pride in their customer service and the quality of their products is unmatched in the natural marketplace. I personally interact with their office staff at least 4 times a week and it's great to have that kind of support for my business. If I lived in New Mexico I would beg them to hire me!!

Really very disappointed in this company. I learned about a product at a seminar that I wanted to order to see if it worked well for my patients. My office manager contacted them numerous times about getting a catalogue with prices (Their website is very bare bones), and about setting up a new account. After numerous attempts, no one ever contacted us. I called, and when they found out I was a doctor, I got put right through and an account was set up. They were slow to fill my order, and insisted that you place a minimum order of 3 items, for EVERY item you order. I faxed an order 3 weeks ago, and never heard anything. Faxed a second request, still nothing. I emailed them regarding the order. To date, no one has contacted me. I think it may be time to give up, and just find a different supplier.

working here was a learning experience. They do not care for the people they employ and are simply trying to make a profit from the herbal market. they mostly hire temps from other company that way they do not have to invest in the workforce. as for the products...well you can get a better product from a more sincere company that's what i can tell you. don't buy this brand and don't put your name on the labels please. integrity is a thing this world needs and this company has none.
