Dan, the sales rep, and Tom, the builder were awesome to work with!! The workers cleaned up after themselves each day and were always respectful. They did wonderful work and we are loving our new deck, pergola, and fence! Highly recommend!

The work for our gate was done quickly and turned out really nice. Each individual we worked with was polite and professional. The follow up with inspection at the end of the job was helpful too.

The young lady who assisted with our material was awesome plus she was extremely beautiful :) a big plus! She was not only that but she knew what she was doing I was impressed she handled herself professionally and was very courteous. She could do the forklift thing too. I wish I had more fence to do that would give me a reason to go back and see her :). Thanks for your muscle and pretty self.

The crew called ahead to schedule a day earlier than originally planned, and called to let me know the morning of arrival.
From walkdown to completion took 2 days! Amazed at efficiency. Had a minor gate issue from settling and they are already addressing it same day!

Just had finished my backyard with sod and plants and the crew were very respectful of where post were placed and stayed off the sod after it was watered. Really appreciate the hard work they did!

I was originally quoted $3075.00 for materials and labor by Dan who showed up late. Then a week later I had decided to hire them after the final closing on my new home. Well.. I went to the office to pay for the fence in full and was told by a lady that I should be charged $26 a foot for vinyl so I asked why so then I was turned over to Cole which told me he can't do the fence that cheap and had to charge me $28 a foot so I asked if he was willing to make things work and was told no.

I didn't have a great experience with this company. They are extremely difficult to communicate with . . . I had to call again and again before a reply; they are also slow to get a job done. It took five days to get a simple estimate. They did do some work for me . . the fence is fine, but the gate looks awful, like it was hammered together, the vinyl split rather awkwardly. I'm disappointed in the appearance of it. After seeing their estimate to do some additional work, I'm going to turn to someone else. That estimate is insane, just to have the headache of it all. The people themselves are very friendly, once you actually get hold of them. I think maybe they are in over their heads with business, and don't understand how important customer service is. And then there is that gate. Oh well, lesson learned. I wouldn't recommend them.

We are beyond satisfied with the fence and gates that Valleywide installed at our house. Prior to the start of the project we worked with Dan - he was quick to provide a detailed bid and was also very accessible when we had questions. The installation crew was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent updates throughout the project. Along with being professional and great to work with, they were amazing with our dog. By the end of the project she was whining at the door to go outside and play with them. I would highly recommend Valleywide based off of the experience we had.

All the guys at Valleywide did a great job on our fence project in Walnut estates, Grand Jct.
Very professional, showed up when they were supposed to, very efficient in how they layed out the fence lines, dug holes / set posts and then later when they came back to erect the panels. Great work ethics, reduced the time to do the work to a minimum.
And it s always good to see quality work!
Definitely would recommend Valleywide if you need vinyl fencing.

I cannot say enough about what an outstanding job Dan Anderson and Valley Fence did at our house in Parachute. Ultra helpful and responsive and an excellent high quality job. The fence is beautiful. And all of this was done long distance as we are still in New Jersey. I highly recommend them and especially Dan.

This company did an amazing job. Their customer service was great! We worked with many people and they all were so friendly. They got us scheduled with such short notice when everyone else was booked. On top of that, they had the cheapest quote too. Lastly, they came out to inspect it when it was all done and make sure it was in perfect condition. If we have any issues, we can always reach out to them. They stand by their work!

We needed our fence installed quickly and they were very accommodating. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The quality of the fence is superior to others we had looked at.

Repost the more I look at the work the more I see that this was just a bad job. And very poor qualit. Had this fence put up for my dogs and stressed this to them multiple times took my dog no time at all to get out when there are gaps 12" from the ground and loose fence post in the ground. I personally hate contractors. Valley-wide fence is no better than any other criminal contractor.

Never received a call about when the fence was going up, after the posts were put in. Crew left little shaving piles in yard also.Told suggestions for better service during walk through. Minor issues overall.

I am very pleased with the process that Valleywide has used to put a pergola on my deck. From introduction at the Home Show to job completion follow up, Valleywide has been a great resource and contractor. Dan was instrumental in getting the location (and price) right. Tom made sure construction went smoothly with his crew! The crew took great care of my property and cleanup was completed before I knew they were done.
Chris has folllowed up to assure me that they stand behind their work.

They installed 388 feet of vinyl fencing for me. They had GREAT customer service, professional installation, and very friendly! Would use again! Don't go with anybody else!

Bad experience with this company. Lost a down payment check I duly sent in to them in July then 9 months later come after us for the problem their own secretary caused when she said it was not there and then later told me it was in with all the mail she had not gone through. Fence itself has gaps under it and dog has escaped. Never would ask them to work here again

Shopped a few local fence companies and decided on Valleywide Fence and Deck.
The personnel in the office were great at walking through the whole process and timing based on schedule and weather issues if they creep up. The contractor called to see if starting earlier than scheduled would work.
Meticulously set the posts then retuned and did the same with the body of the vinyl fence.
Fence set to my height request to maintain my view and completed the same week.
I will absolutely return to Valleywide Fence for additional fencing in the future.

Daniel was helpful in helping answer our questions and getting a quick estimate with good financing options. Ryan was the supervisor for the job and he communicated well and had the job finished quickly even with the unforeseen amount of rain! Sid and Walker did a great job working around our grape vines while assembling the fence! Chris did the final walk through just to make sure we were satisfied with the finishing project! Our fence is straight, sturdy, and high quality! We will enjoy this for many years and if we ever decide to sell, the one time transferable warranty will be a huge selling point. We have had so many compliments on our new fence! I wish there were 10 stars to give them. Each and everyone from Valleywide that we met were so nice, professional, hardworking and so patient with a 68 year old me and my 92 year old mother. And let s not forget Zoey our little shih-tzu. Dan made sure the pickets were closer together so she couldn t get her head stuck! And the crew finished a day earlier because they knew mom could get her puppy back earlier from the puppy sitter. The service doesn t get any better than what we experienced! The fence is perfect!! Thanks to all of you . Kinda miss you guys so will let you know when we are ready for our pergola!

ValleyWide was great and provided quality service with no fuss. Once we got things scheduled they got things set up quickly and quietly. The puppy really loves having a fenced in yard to run around in and we know the fence will last a long time.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Valleywide fence. We have 3 dogs and we just moved into our new home, they did give as a temporary fence to take can of our babies till our fence was completed. It meant so much to us that they cared. We are very pleased how the fence project turned out. We did have a concern with one section. The day we notified them of the issue Cole and Chris came right over, explained the options to make it right at no additional cost to us. That's the way to run a business!

The install crew was very conscientious and courteous. They worked very hard through the coldest part of the winter. We had a very challenging side that was full of tree roots and frozen ground. They were able to get the side in at the correct elevation and kept a straight line.

Needed to have a concreted fence post pulled and replaced with a sleeved post to improve access to my yard and Valleywide had me scheduled and taken care of within a week. Workers were professional, efficient and showed up during the estimated time slot.

Tom and Walker did a great job and cleaned the area very well when all was completed.

My first contact with VW was with the salesman/Dan. I was pleased enough to know that I did not need to get an estimate from another fence company.
But it was not a smooth process as it went on from there.
My best input from VW came on the day the job started. Ryan who was the crew lead for the first phase of my fence installation appeared to expect a lot of questions and concerns from me. He took his time and patiently answered all my questions and cured my concerns while directing his crew to get the job going. It was a fantastic and efficient job, they completed the work when they needed to and that included job site clean-up which included my yard and the street where the trucks were parked. The putting things back to the way they were at the end of a miserable hot day full of hard work was impressive, it showed the ultimate concern for a job well done. What good is a nice new fence if the mess it created is still present/visible. The next day Jesse showed up with his crew to install the fence. They started early and appeared to take longer than they expected/wanted. There was a glitch with a fence part that was the incorrect size, there seemed to be a bit of trouble getting the correct size piece but the next day someone came out to finish the job, he even had to take the part in question back to the shop and bring back the correct size. But it got finished without looking like it was rigged to work with a piece the wrong size. The install crew left more of a mess than the first day crew. I am guessing that was because it was stinking hot and took longer than they wanted.
Chris came by a week or so later to do a walk thru/follow up. He was patient and concerned that I got what I expected/needed/wanted/paid for. Excellent follow up. Chris could answer the questions because he knows the install process and the office process.
First, while Dan is an excellent person to deal with and ask a thousand questions, I would have him on a couple job sites, small jobs like mine so he could see the process and be more effective answering questions.
Then I would make sure the customer knows the process, how the job is scheduled, payment process - half before the job starts and the remainder after the job walk thru/follow up.
Misty was excellent to call and ask about scheduling and payments. Very personable.
I would use a flow chart or check list to effectively get all the information to the customer (and not in one big email) on how the process will work and what to expect. With someone to call and answer questions as they arise. The goal of this being that customer contact and information does not vary from job to job but to achieve a constant process that works where all customers will know the process from the marking of underground utilities to the follow up / walk thru.
It appears there are a lot of good people at VW and some excellent people but the process used to make it happen does not appear to be a written game plan to eliminate gaps in a procedure between jobs.
Ask Ryan what kind of questions/concerns people confront him with before he can get started on the first day of the job. Address the process so Ryan does not need to be customer service as well.

Valley wide was very responsive to our needs building a new home from 250 miles away and working with our landscaper. They set the post early in process so landscaper could work and then came back at perfect time when edge rock was being laid to put the slats into place. They were efficient and friendly to work with, great experience. Highly recommend having a fence completed by Valleywide.

Completely satisfied with the fence installed by Valleywide Fence. Kirsten listened to what I envisioned, pointed out the set backs required by the city upfront and came back with a bid in a timely manner. Chris and his team made short work of the removal of the old fence and setting the posts. When I expressed concern about placement of some of the posts the team was back the next day and reset them according to the original plan. Within a few days my fence was complete and the surrounding area was clean.

We needed our fence during a busy time of year and they didn't tell us anything they weren't able to deliver on. In the end, they were able to get us taken care of ahead of schedule. The first time I went to Valleywide fence and decks I thought that I would be a nuisance to them as I simply needed one piece of a fence replaced. Was I wrong! Jesse guided me thru my repairs I needed and helped me with every detail. On a return visit it was the exact same experience. Misty in the office was helpful and very friendly and once again Jesse saved my bacon on a repair job I had to do on an fence. In this day and age we so often look to the internet to do most of our purchasing. Valleywide fence and deck is one of those places that will survive and thrive in the internet takeover simply because of one fact, customer service. They know that they are in the business of making the customer happy, and if you do that you cant help but make money! As far as I am concerned there is only one place to go for fencing and decks and that is Valleywide. Oh, and while your there remember to marvel at Jesse's magnificent beard!

Valley Wide fence was absolutely amazing. They came out the same day I called for an estimate to measure and got me the estimate within 24 hours of coming out. They were patient and helpful as we shopped around, but they remained the most reputable, professional, and helpful fencing companies in Mesa County. They even came out the day we closed on our new construction property to put up a temporary fence for our dog, as they were a few weeks out in putting up the fence. They even took into consideration that I have a 90 pound German Shepherd and put up a temporary fence that would provide him with plenty of room. When they came out to put up the fence the employees were very helpful and kind. They walked through everything and got it put in and completed in just days. Their work was absolutely flawless and even after the fence was up they still checked in to make sure everything looks great. Seriously couldn t recommend this company more! They stand behind their work and do amazing at their jobs.

My Solara pergola does not crowd my deck, does not darken my living room, does not block my window, but functions as expected and is beautiful with excellent installation and superior cleanup(fast and efficient). Everything is just great!
