While this company makes AWESOME lighting for your homes, when I had an issue with damaged product, they left me hanging. I bought several expensive lighting fixtures for my new home and when one of them had damage to the main frosted glass, the receptionist at their customer service number (listed on the box) said I would need to buy a new one. I explained to her this item needed to be fully compensated due to a manufacturer defect. She said I still had to pay for it.

Feeling forced, I paid for it...one glass piece, for additional approx $30 (plus shipping and taxes, even when I live in a state with NO tax). Sad day when you don't get the service you come to expect from such an awesome company. I am not sure if that is how they always handle customers, but I felt I had to place this review as it is the absolute truth. A Bad review based on truth damages a lot more than $30. It was difficult to pinpoint the actual Allen + Roth location to write this review, so I had to place this review at their corporate office in Florida.

Horrible company. Sold our company shades for years with a warranty. They refuse to honor their commitments. We are having to pay another company to fix their products. Astounded they are still in business treating people this way.

Sold their product for years. Had to stop due to quality and warranty issues. Company will not stand behind their products and refuse to help dealers. They also try to sell to "dealers" at super inflated prices and then sell to box stores in same towns at half the price.

Ordered a roller shade with a valance.it arrived 3 weeks later with no valance. I called
On 7/22/19 and spoke with Eric who saId he would send it right out and I will receive
It in 2 to 3 days..called back on 7/29/2019 to tell them it hadn't arrived and was told
I wouldn't receive it until 8/20/2019..Not happy

Ordered through Lowes a top down bottom up cellula...

Ordered through Lowes a top down bottom up cellular shade. It arrived at my house with no installation instructions. I was able to get it installed however it is not long enough to Reach to the bottom of the window so there is a gap at the bottom. Also ordered vertical cellular shades for sliding glass door. This package showed up with instructions for installation HOWEVER.. a key component that apparently normally shows up already connected was not connected and the instructions had no mention of how to connect this component. So after messing around and having to uninstall the blind and ruin the "plastic snap lock" mechanism I was able to figure it out and come up with a solution and get it working right. During the installation I went to their suggested Youtube site for some "tips" and there were almost no videos or info and was not helpful. The products are okay but the info and installation help was either non-existent or incomplete. Frustrating experience

Employees are dismissed unjustifiably have people who are paid a minimum wage and why they get sick having these hospital papers that justify the absence they are expelled without looking at the needs of people without racist and I have proof of this
