Unhappy customer, Money first is always their concern at the time of registration they say there is no big Paper work Requires, later a big list was sent over email To me that was not possible to furnish Even in couple of months. Till today I didn t submit the documents and till today they didn t follow me up (been years now) as customers service. Before registration, get the check list of all documents and all other necessary information that will be required for application process so that you don t feel trapped.

The most thing I liked is that they answered every question I had about the application in great detail. I had so many doubts and questions throughout the application, they were all answered, and even my follow up questions after they gave me the answers, were handled in a kind manner.
They acted on my behalf, but allowed me to take ownership/control of my application as per my wish, in the sense that I had all emails directed to me first which was nice, as I wanted to keep up with the progress myself yet I still wanted to have a consultant at the same time. This was important to me, and they adhered to my wishes. They also have a registered lawyer with IRCC which most agencies don't have. So you are legally represented.
