Had a great experience visiting this medical imaging centre. We were late by 5 minutes but the easily accommodated us. The facility is very well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and courteous. They even have a play area for children and ample space in the waiting room. They are well staffed with technicians and usually the wait times are very short with an appointment. Quantum would definitely be my only preference if I need to visit again! Thanks guys

I left work to be here. I checked in on time. There was a lady who came in after me. We were both called together in the same group of people about 20 minutes after checking in. The lady that called my name said that I was first in line and to keep the order. I changed and sat down awaiting my turn. Instead of following the "order" the technician just looked at me and said you were late, so you will wait after the woman I was clearly infront of, she was still in the change room. I can't stand coming to this location, because of this random preferential treatment but my doctor keeps sending me here.

Quantum is the only practice I'll go for all my imaging that my doctor prescribes. The staff is courteous, very professional and results are prompt! They're also clean and very compliant with covid protocols. I feel very safe when i walk in. Great office!
Terrible experience here. Went here for my dating ultrasound and I wanted to share this precious experience with my husband as this was a first for the both of us. The ultrasound technician didn't even let my husband in the room. She turned the screen away so I couldn't see a thing. As a Registered Nurse, I would like to know what's happening with my own healthcare. She didn't answer any questions I had, and she did not explain a single thing. Never coming back here. Coming from a medical background, that is not how you treat patients. A good looking office is one thing, but good customer service is another.
I have been coming here for a few years, and the staff and technicians are always very professional which makes you feel quite comfortable.

My first time using this facility and was very impressed! My appointment time .was respected and didn t have a long wait. I found the staff pleasant & professional. Grateful for fine care.
i had an ultrasound done here. their services are very efficient and i did not need to wait long. but there was a lack of human touch especially the technican that performed my ultrasound. no smile, no greeting/hello. after the ultrasound was done, he did not say anything what should i do with the gel applied on the body. Not to mention that he did not explain how the ultrasound would be performed. I don't feel any patient care from the techician. . he just completed his job and done, and worked on the next patient. feel sad to them.
New facility and very friendly staff. Multi-lingual staff is helpful for bringing parents/grandparents who don t understand English well.
