Their staff deal in a professional manner, are friendly, and respectful.

The most thing I liked is that they answered every question I had about the application in great detail. I had so many doubts and questions throughout the application, they were all answered, and even my follow up questions after they gave me the answers, were handled in a kind manner.

They acted on my behalf, but allowed me to take ownership/control of my application as per my wish, in the sense that I had all emails directed to me first which was nice, as I wanted to keep up with the progress myself yet I still wanted to have a consultant at the same time. This was important to me, and they adhered to my wishes. They also have a registered lawyer with IRCC which most agencies don't have. So you are legally represented.

If you feel like hiring a consultancy agency to take care of your application, vision is a good one.
