Absolutely disgraceful, do not follow through on a...

Absolutely disgraceful, do not follow through on agreements and over promise and use trick promotions. The car was not there 20 minutes after calling about it. It was never there, it was a lie. Said that I didn't turn up, yet I went for a 20 minute test drive in a different car.

Vision provided an amazing experience to my family when we were looking for our last vehicle. Their staff cared so much about finding the right vehicle for US, not just whatever they wanted to sell. They aren't pushy or salesy, they just helped us find the vehicle that fit our needs. Thank you!

Best customer service ever! I worked with Jeff Fagen. Outstanding! Seriously the most painless car negotiation ever. Walked in with a 2010 VW; walked out shortly thereafter with a 2019 Chevrolet Trax. LOVE IT. Thanks, Jeff and team for all you have done for this happy customer.

Terrible service. Tech messed up...service manager...

Terrible service. Tech messed up...service manager tried to put it on me instead of saying tech made a mistake...we all make mistakes. Man up, let's find a solution. Manager promised to call back me... 7 days ago...still nothing. Service rates -1... Customer Service, Management, General Mgr rate -5...if you say you're going to do something, live up to your word. Thumbs down. Won't ever deal with Vision Kia again.

First time auto buyer, picked vision hyundai for it's location. Had a nice friendly visit when buying. 3 days later when I returned with issues, not so good. Sent email to that store days ago and no response. Disappointed and not happy with this dealership. Still need to have the car fixed under warranty and still no response. Someone in corporate, are you able to assist as I am spending my valuable time trying to get Visions hyundai management team to fix my car. Corporate Vision, please reach out to me to help! Appreciated. Brian W. Purchased 2016 BASE Elantra on april 7, 2021. Returned on the 12th for service, drove car on vacation with my family and the front wheels sounded like they were to fall off. Had a horrible vacation based of the results of vision hyundai fix on the 12th. Corporate Vision, Please help!!

Ciicked on a car online, agreed to receive text or email about it. I got the info and replied STOP. Now I get phone calls and voice mails! When I answered and voiced my opinion about these unwanted, unsolicited calls, I was accused of being rude and then hung up on!! I won't ever be dealing with Vision since it's obvious that they can't even get past an online inquiry without being pushy, rude jerks!

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and would personally like to thank Eric Dietl for helping me out. It was my first time buying a car and being one of the newer salesman at the dealership, Eric did a great job in making sure everything was done correctly. He even went out of his way to provide floor mats to my new car since I didn t have any! The only flaw that I had experienced was with the finance department, who seemed to not really care much about the transaction after patiently waiting for a couple of hours to close on the deal and an upsetting rate. But all worked out in the end and if it wasn t for Eric, I don t think I would be in a new car right now. Thank you Eric for all your help again!

I have loved Sonata and the SERVICE IS 5 STAR! So when my Sonata suddenly died after many miles I bought a car at MY dealership. I was looking for Tony but got Billy and what my Dad would call the bum's rush. He forced the sale and we never were able to get the possessions we had in our Sonata.

We brought our car into Vision Dodge/Jeep service ...

We brought our car into Vision Dodge/Jeep service department and the service writer and manager were outstanding. They were welcoming and tentative to our needs. We had to wait while they performed the work and it was prompt. The mechanic even spoke to us as he pulled the car out front when they were done.
Great work!!!!
The sales staff were welcoming and not overbearing as we wondered around looking at new cars. The sales manager, Joe even introduced himself and was very welcoming as well.
We love Vision Dodge/ Jeep and will continue referring friends and family to this HIGH QUALITY PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP.
